Project Update: Fulfillment Status Update & Tracking Info & Troubleshooting
Hey everyone!
Great job at filling out the surveys quickly, most of you have done so already. Here's a quick status update and some reminders if you missed it earlier. Also thank you all for going for the No Rush incentive as much as you did, it really made the initial batch more manageable for me!

Urgent Orders
Everyone who picked the option to have their order ASAP until this morning (in my timezone): your parcels have left the house!
Everyone else's orders will then be shipped in batches over the course of this weekend or next week.

How to Track
Stickers/Postcards Orders only (worldwide) - Deutsche Post
You can track your letter via Deutsche Post. The tracking within Germany should be very reliable and update frequently, within your country it depends on your local postal system.
USA - Shipping via Forwarder+USPS
You should have gotten an USPS tracking number. It will only start showing activity when it's in the US and has been transferred to USPS which can take a week and a half on average, but once it starts working it should only take a couple more days to be delivered. I will keep an eye on the shipment status for you until it gets handed over to USPS.
Everyone else - Shipping via DHL Warenpost
Your tracking numbers should usually work after 1-3 days of receiving your tracking number (first scan happens after it reaches the sorting center).
You can track on the DHL website

Troubleshooting - what to do if anything goes wrong
1. Lost parcels
All parcels are insured. If the contents can be re-sent, I will do so, and if something cannot be replaced (sold out etc), I can issue a refund for the lost items and re-send the rest. But we can work out the solution for each case individually.
If the tracking numbers don't show any scanning activity for 1-2 weeks then please reach out and we will figure out if it's lost and how we can solve this.
2. Damaged Parcels
If it looks sus, snap a picture of it before opening. Send it to me along with the images of damaged items as well as a picture of everything together and we will work it out together!
