It took a month to travel this far below the surface. So many died, but it was worth it to step over their corpses to get closer to this moment. Surely, within this cavern the glory you seek inside the tomb of Cemlyn will be sung of for generations.
There are dozens gathered in a makeshift camp within this city-sized cave, all watching the same thing. It floats 100' up, rotating with inexplicable menace: an inverted pyramid protruding from the mist. Scaffolding crawls up the cavern walls and covers some the pyramid. From the tip a steady stream of coagulated viscera fills a lake of blood filled with hundreds of mangled bodies.
You finish what may be your last meal, check your gear, and pray to whatever god has probably abandoned you in this cursed place. You nod to your crew. It is time to seek the Hand of Cemlyn and set your heroic story in motion.
