"Our expectation is that a large chunk of the remaining orders will be in the mail WITHIN A WEEK. Whatever is still pending AT THAT POINT we will advise on their ETA." Over two months later- received nothing, heard nothing. What happened to being advised on an ETA? This site has been nothing but crickets and tumbleweeds. I am less *in a hurry* to get the items than I am annoyed at the brazen lack of communication. I don't even mind the misinformation and elapsed dates - stuff happens, it is what it is. But why, dear god, have you not updated the site for months after saying we'd get our order (or an updated eta) within a week?? Feels disrespectful...because of course it does.
