My messsge to Dynsmite: To whom it may concern at Dynamite: I wrote a message over a month ago asking what was going on and was told books within my order (Confirmation # 863374) had been holding up my order. I go on our project forum and lo and behold, others orders are being held up on totally different books, the sum of which was essentially the entire offering within the pledge event. I understand that there may have been issues, however, real time updates would go a long way in placating 1/3rd of your customers who are going to receive their items going on 6 months later than the initial promised delivery. What is the ETA? What are some factors that may affect those estimates? Can you get these to us (the backers) before they are released to the public? Give us something to go off of, PLEASE!!! ——————————————————————— Their response: Hello, We are sorry for how long this situation has been taking. We were able to resolve some of the issues with items, but we are still working on others. We will be posting an update shortly to let everyone know the details, and to hopefully have a solution to the orders that are being held up. The books have been delayed for release in the general market so that backers can receive their orders first. And we will be making sure information about the remaining orders is sent out in a general update as soon as possible. Thank you. Hello, We are sorry for how long this situation has been taking. Still no specific answers either, just a vague promise of an update- very similar, in fact, to others posted much longer ago. Bets on if they mean it?
