As per Amy's post, I've just messaged Backer Support and then emailed both [email protected] and [email protected] with my complaints about the failure to fulfil this project. What absolutely enrages me the most, past all the various excuses and extended silences is that I've visited comic stores and bookshops in the UK multiple times this year and could have physically picked up all of them off the shelves months ago. I can literally go on Amazon right now and have them here with free delivery within a week, some of them tomorrow morning (and it's just before 11pm as I'm typing). Stupid me wanted to support creators and get some of the stretch goal items if it reached that far, but I've stated in my email that I will never, ever back another Dynamite project and I'm also doubtful whether i would purchase any Dynamite books at all going forward. If I'd received everything within a reasonable timescale, you can bet that I'd be absolutely be purchasing the new Volume 3 on release and considering ThunderHawks when it gets collected. As it is, I have no further interest in obtaining those now. I think the only reasonable things for Dynamite to do now are: A) Complete shipping of EVERY outstanding backer where the survey has been completed within the next 10 days. or B) Refund everyone who is still waiting and never raise any future crowd funding projects. If they do wish to restore any spark of goodwill that might remain with us then they need to do A) but also go the extra mile in apologising and compensating us all for the poor service: 1) Refund all shipping costs and send our outstanding items at their expense. or 2) Include Volume 3 and Thundercats: Lost TPB's free of charge (sent separately so they can't use it as another reason for delays)
