Got everything in the mail last week, ship time was a few days. Apologies on the hold up, life got in the way a bit. Everything ordered arrived, including the Mark Spears covers that had been added. Everything was packed very securely with attention to detail and an eye towards making sure nothing had any issues. I frankly wish that I could simply have had this unboxing experience with out the 8 months of difficulty that has made this process so aggravating. What I would say to Dynamite is this- you have an excellent product and your methods for shipping are excellent. It’s a shame that you allowed a lack of communication to completely color the view point of about 10% of your backers. Going forward I hope you address the issues you faced in this campaign much more effectively should problems arise, and understand that communication is the best method to deal with any issues.
