Hi! I'm Emma! I've been writing for ten years now, and, after completing seven (almost eight now) books, I am ready to publish my debut novel. However, as a university student, the cost of publishing makes this process a little prohibitive. That’s why I’m launching a BackerKit to help fund the editing and publication of this book, which I’ve poured so much of my heart into.
When I'm not writing, I'm painting and studying. I just finished/am finishing my Bachelor's in History and will start a Master's program in Library and Information Science this autumn. My art is a part of this BackerKit as seen in some of the art and sticker prints.
I also have the sweetest cat in the world, Sherlock, who supervises all of my work.
I can't wait to finally start sharing my work and I want to thank you for coming on this journey with me. Over the last couple years writing this, and its nearly completed sequel, has been quite the adventure. I have put so much of myself into this project and the characters, and I hope you come to love them as much as I do.

The Tiers
This tier is especially for those who want to support the project but shipping internationally may be too steep. The Sorcerer level includes an ebook edition and digital goodies.
If you want the paperback, but not the hardcover, then The Mage level is the paperback copy and digital products from The Sorcerer.
If you want the hardcover edition, and add-ons aren't your thing then The High Royal level contains the hardcover edition of the book and The Sorcerer level digital products.
Not a hardcover fan, but still want all the goodies? Then this tier is for you. The Sage has all the add-ons and comes with the paperback edition, but no mention in "Special Thanks" inside the book.
The Emperor includes the hardcover edition and all add-ons. It’s just one step down from Anirac's Chosen, but doesn't include the limited numbering and signatures for backers who might prefer a clean interior.
Anirac's Chosen is a truly special tier. Designed for those who want a limited-edition piece of where this universe begins, it includes all add-ons and features a signed and numbered edition, complete with a custom doodle alongside my signature. Backers at this level will also earn a spot in the 'Extra Special Thanks' section of the book as a token of gratitude for supporting the campaign's ultimate tier.
