Hi everyone!

Big news today. I've been told that all packages have shipped from the UK warehouse and those of you in the UK, EU, New Zealand, and the rest of the world will have your packages soon (hopefully before the end of the year)! 

This is a huge milestone in the project as you might imagine. There are only a couple of stragglers who haven't filled out their surveys or completed their credit card charges. If you are one of those people, please get those surveys complete and those charges settled. We'll be only too thrilled to get you your product!

More Is Coming!

While this largely concludes our initial Han Cluster crowdfunding campaign, we are already well underway on our next steps.  I'm about to order art for a new 32 page adventure written by Mac McCallum called "The Ghosts of Ichor's Haven!"  I anticipate to have that ready as a digital release for DriveThruRPG in the first quarter of next year. More details will come in due time. I'm also beginning to plan the next book for the Han Cluster, which we plan to crowdfund. It's too early to give a timeline, but the wheels are in motion.

Meanwhile, we hope you get a chance to run and play Han Cluster and show it off to both strangers and to those you care about. Our thanks go out to each and every one of you for your support and enthusiasm. In the true sense of the word, this really did "kickstart" the project in ways that I could never EVER have done on my own. It lives now. It breathes. It's out there, and it's now up to YOU to determine where it goes at your tables. Thank you for everything, and stay tuned for more to come. We have lots of plans.

Hey everyone! 

We just wanted to give you an update that we have completed shipping physical product to backers in North America! We've just sent out email notifications through backerkit with tracking numbers if you didn't get them previously. 

If you run into any problems with your shipment, please let us know at [email protected] . And again, if you haven't filled out your survey or corrected any outstanding balance, please do so right away.

Shipping to the rest of the world will begin soon, as the warehouse in the UK is still waiting on delivery of the product.  Please be patient, as fulfillment could begin as early as next week, or as late as after Christmas. It really depends on when the pallet comes in, and the workload of the fulfillment company.

Canadian Backers
Just a little housekeeping now. We have refunded all Canadian backers for any GST charges, as we are not set up to collect those taxes on your behalf and it's in almost all ways better if we leave that to you on your end. You should see those credits within a few days. Sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience. International shipping and tax collection is a tricky wicket. ALMOST as tricky as the morass of inter-state domestic sales tax in the US! 

Backers in the UK/EU are a different situation, as we have set up VAT registration there, so no change is necessary.

Unless something crazy happens, our next update will come when shipping overseas is complete!

Hey everyone!

The Han Cluster pallets arrived yesterday in the US, and shipping is already underway!  Several of you might have already received emails with tracking numbers. Shipping from the US will continue over the next few days and maybe into next week, depending. 

Meanwhile, in the UK, the cargo is currently in customs, and should be on its way to the fulfillment warehouse very soon. Shipments for the UK and EU (and most other parts of the world) will HOPEFULLY start next week, but that's currently a soft target because of the wacky, unpredictable world of customs and freight hauling.

There are a few of you who have not completed your surveys. We also have a couple with outstanding balances due to declined cards. This is very important for you to take care of if you want to receive your physical rewards! We need to know your address, and we need to collect taxes and shipping and any outstanding balance from pledges and add-ons before we can send any product to you! PLEASE go to the Han Cluster Backerkit page, and click either "Manage your Pledge" or "Lost your Survey?" to get a new link to your survey and fill it out or make any necessary corrections ASAP.

NOTICE: You have one year from today to finish filling out your survey and resolve any outstanding charges. After that, we'll consider your pledge abandoned and product will be released for regular sale. But please don't wait! Respond today so we can check everyone as fulfilled and complete the project!

It's all happening! We are so excited to get the Han Cluster into your hands! Please spread the word and let people know that they can order Han Cluster from the store on Backerkit. Inventory is in hand and ready to go!

Hey everyone!

We just wanted to let everyone know that we have charged shipping for all cards and locked addresses.  If you get an email that your card was declined, you will be able to fix it and initiate another charge yourself. If you have further problems, please contact BackerKit support!

Our next update will be sent when we begin shipping product to US and Canadian backers!  We'll have tracking numbers sent to your email addresses when the packages are sent.  For the US, shipping should begin either next week, or immediately after Thanksgiving. We'll let you know if there are any hiccups.  As for UK and EU backers, we'll keep you posted once the ship arrives at port in a couple weeks.

Thanks for all your support as we come to this huge major juncture on a long, amazing road.

Hi all!

The bulk US shipment for Han Cluster is past customs and should arrive here in Tucson sometime next week! Shipping will be charged to your credit cards TOMORROW (Tuesday, November 18th). We will lock all addresses right before shipping is charged!

If you have any changes you need to make, or have any questions, you'll need to contact us at the Backerkit customer service team, or email us at [email protected] RIGHT AWAY. This is also true for anyone who hasn't already made arrangements with us for local pickup.  (Those who have already made those arrangements with us, we already have manually set your address to local pickup, and you will not be charged shipping.)

We're getting very close. We're just going through the step-by-step meticulous process of making sure we get everyone ready to receive their shipments, and get the shipping charged!

We'll keep you posted when we begin shipping you product. 

Folks in the UK/EU won't begin shipping until December. It's a long boat ride around the Cape of Good Hope, but it's getting there. :D
