Project Update: 🌙 Secret Night Market Shipping Update

Hi everyone!

We’re very close to wrapping up fulfillment for The Secret Night Market! All orders have now been packed, but not every package has officially shipped just yet.

📦 Orders Without the Sandclock of Light and Dark Pin

If your order does not include the Sandclock of Light and Dark pin, your package has either:
  • Already shipped
  • Is currently in transit
  • Or is being picked up today
Please check your email for a shipping notification from BackerKit. That email will include your tracking information so you can follow your package through USPS.

⏳ Orders With the Sandclock of Light and Dark Pin

If your order does include the Sandclock of Light and Dark pin, your order has already been completely packed and set aside. The only thing we are waiting on is that one pin.

Unfortunately, when the Sandclock pins arrived from the manufacturer, they had been produced incorrectly. Part of the design was lime green (it wasn't supposed to be), and the finished pins did not match the approved artwork.

The remake process has taken longer than I would have liked, and I am currently evaluating whether I will continue working with this particular factory after the issues I’ve experienced with this and other recent production. However, I have been told that the corrected Sandclock pins are scheduled to ship from the manufacturer on September 10th.

As soon as the corrected pins arrive, I’ll place them into the packages that are already waiting, add the shipping labels, and get those orders out the door.

You do not need to do anything on your end. Your order is packed and reserved for you. It is simply waiting for the corrected Sandclock pin before it can ship.

✨ One More Update to Come

Once the remaining Sandclock orders have shipped, I’ll post one final project update with all of the end-of-campaign information, including anything you may need to know now that fulfillment is complete.

In the meantime, if you have any questions about your pledge or shipment, please feel free to email me at [email protected].

Thank you so much for your patience while I get these final packages out!

Project Update: Shipping is starting soon - 📦 Last call for address changes!

📦 Last call for address changes!

If you've moved recently, now is the time to update your shipping address. Firmly Grasp It and The Secret Night Market will begin shipping next week! If you need to update your address please email me at [email protected] with the email associated with your pledge and your new address.

Almost everything has arrived—I have all of the pins except for one final box that's still in transit. Right now, I'm surrounded by an entire guest room full of boxes as I sort, count, and organize thousands of pins. It's been a huge job getting everything ready all at once, but it's finally coming together. (See the attached picture of pin chaos!)

I plan to start shipping next week and can't wait to finally get these pins/grips into your hands!

Thank you again for all your patience and understanding during these two projects!

Cheers,
Liz

Project Update: Shipping & Manufacturing Update for All 3 Active Snarky Co Projects

Hey everyone,

Just stopping by with a quick shipping and manufacturing update for all three active projects! I'm sorry if you receive this email three times, but I'm posting this to all three project update pages, and that sends an email for each one.

Estimated Ship Start Dates

  • Firmly Grasp It: Mid August
  • Secret Night Market: Mid August
  • Admit One: Late August to Early September (currently well ahead of schedule.)

Photos - I've posted some photos the manufacturers have sent me. They are photos from across the three projects.

Firmly Grasp It

The remade pins and enamel pieces for this project have finally been completed by the factory, and I'm told they'll be shipping to me on Friday. Assuming everything stays on schedule, they should arrive sometime next week.

I'll be in Nashville for a convention next week, so I may or may not be home when they arrive. As soon as I get back, I'll immediately begin processing the shipment, performing quality checks, and assembling grips so they can begin shipping out.

Secret Night Market

The remaining Night Market pins are also expected to arrive on Friday alongside the remade Firmly Grasp It pieces.

Since Firmly Grasp It has just under 300 backers, I expect shipping for that project to take about 3–4 days once it begins. As soon as those orders are finished, I'll move directly into shipping Secret Night Market. That project should take approximately one week to ship.

Combined Shipping

I haven't decided yet whether I'll combine packages for backers who pledged for both projects. While combining shipments sounds simple, each project contains more than 50+ different SKUs, and organizing combined orders adds a significant amount of complexity when I'm packing every order by myself.

Unfortunately, it also doesn't really save on postage anymore.

On July 12, USPS changed its Ground Advantage pricing. Instead of charging based on ounce ranges, all packages under one pound now fall under the same price tier. Since enamel pin orders are usually well under one pound, many of those lighter packages now cost the same to ship as a full one-pound package. As a result, shipping costs have increased noticeably for many small businesses.

In 2026 alone, USPS has implemented three separate shipping price increases and policy changes, significantly increasing shipping costs for small businesses.

Admit One

This project is currently way ahead of schedule.

Right now I'm estimating shipping will begin in late August or early September, which is significantly earlier than the original estimate of late October through early November. Apparently this is what happens when your doctor actually listens to you, prescribes life-changing ADHD medication, and suddenly your productivity goes through the roof. 😅

Thank You!

And finally, I just want to reiterate how incredibly grateful I am for everyone's patience and understanding throughout all of the setbacks and timeline changes with Firmly Grasp It and The Secret Night Market.

Unexpected manufacturing issues and shipping delays can be incredibly overwhelming and stressful, especially when you're a small business owner wearing every hat and handling every part of the business yourself.

Thank you for continuing to support my small business through all of the bumps in the road. I truly can't wait to get these projects into your hands, and I'm so excited for you to finally see everything in person. ❤️

Cheers,
Liz

Project Update: Quick Manufacturing Update - The Secret Night Market

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to check in and give a quick manufacturing update for this project.

This project was split between three manufacturers. I currently have the pins from one manufacturer in hand, the second manufacturer’s portion is about to ship, and the third is still in production. The third manufacturer has let me know that their factory is experiencing a particularly busy period, which has caused production to take longer than originally expected.

If you are a backer of Firmly Grasp It, you know that those pins and enamel pieces arrived with quality issues and are currently being remade. At this time, I have no reason to believe there are any similar issues with the pins for The Reader’s Night Market, and everything appears to be moving forward normally.

Aside from the pins, I have all stickers and add-on items in hand and ready to go.

At the moment, I don't have a firm timeline for when shipping will begin, as I’m still waiting on an updated timeline from the remaining manufacturer. I’ve reached out for a production update and progress photos, and once I receive that information, I’ll have a better idea of the shipping schedule and will share another update with you all.

Thank you for your patience while I get everything across the finish line.

Cheers,
Liz

Project Update: Shipping & Manufacturing Update - Firmly Grasp It + The Secret Night Market

Shipping & Manufacturing Update - Firmly Grasp It + The Secret Night Market

First off - I’m posting this same update to both the Firmly Grasp It page and The Secret Night Market page, so if you backed both projects, I apologize for the double email.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to give a more personal update about where things currently stand with both Firmly Grasp It and The Secret Night Market, because I know I’m very behind on both projects.

I’ve always been really honest with y’all about my mental health and chronic health struggles, two topics I literally make pins about, and the biggest reason for these delays has been my health over the last year and a half.

I’ve been dealing with ongoing GI/chronic health issues that eventually led to another surgery earlier this year. Because of the GI issues, my psychiatric medications also weren’t being absorbed properly, which made managing both my health and work extremely difficult.

Thankfully, I’m now almost two months post-op, things are improving, and my psychiatrist helped me find a medication plan that’s finally working again. I’m no longer out here raw dogging ADHD with nothing but vibes and caffeine, I’ve got meds again, and suddenly it turns out my brain actually functions when the chemicals are chemically balancing. Who could’ve guessed.

So where are we currently with the projects?

Firmly Grasp It

All items for this project have officially been ordered, and about 90% of everything is already here in my office ready to be packed.

The last items I’m waiting on are:
  • the enamel tops for the grips
  • the enamel pins

There was quite a bit of back and forth with the manufacturer regarding the pearl gradients and getting the colors right. I wanted to make sure they actually looked correct before approving production, which added some extra time. Communication with manufacturers can also take several days at a time simply because we are in completely opposite time zones.

Right now, I’m expecting the remaining enamel pieces to arrive in roughly two weeks.

Once they arrive, I’ll immediately begin:
  • assembling the grips
  • organizing rewards
  • packing orders for shipment

I’ll send out another update right before shipping begins as a reminder in case anyone needs to update their shipping address.

The Secret Night Market

Manufacturing for The Secret Night Market has been split between three different manufacturers. This was mainly because I’m also restocking some older designs at the same time, and certain manufacturers already have molds for specific designs.

At this point:
  • Two of the manufacturing orders have been fully paid and are already in production.
  • The final order, which is also the largest, is currently being finalized.

That last order took a bit longer because we’ve been going back and forth on quantities and confirming exactly which designs each factory will be producing, but I’m about to submit payment for it.

The factories have estimated a working time of approximately 20–30 days, so if everything stays on schedule, the Night Market enamel pins should hopefully start arriving in about a month.

The good news is that aside from the enamel pins themselves, all of the other products, stickers, bookmarks, and additional items are already completed and ordered/produced.

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding with the delays on both projects.
I’ve been running crowdfunding campaigns for about eight years now, and delays can happen for all kinds of reasons, especially with small businesses like mine, where one person is often handling everything from design and manufacturing to customer service and shipping.

I truly appreciate how kind and supportive y’all have been through it all. It genuinely means a lot.

So sincerely thank you for sticking with me through it.

What’s New & Next

Business Update - Snarky Co. is now operating under an LLC
One big change behind the scenes is that I’ve officially moved my business from a sole proprietorship to an LLC.

Snarky Co. now operates under All at Once Creative LLC.

This is mostly just a heads up that you may occasionally see the name “All at Once Creative LLC” appear on things like invoices, charges, emails, paperwork, shipping labels, or other business-related operations moving forward. That is simply the LLC that Snarky Co. now operates under, so if you see that name anywhere, just know it’s still me and still Snarky Company.

Pin Kids Collective - Summer Sun Launch on June 7th

Pin Kids Collective will be launching its Summer Sun Collaboration on June 7th.

Six pin creators have teamed up to launch new collections of varying themes together. Back paired campaigns, or all campaigns, and receive free bonus items along the way.

These are all smaller collections, and if you’d like to check out the teaser pages for the upcoming projects, you can do so here: https://www.backerkit.com/c/collections/pin-kids-collective?ref=bk-discover-leftnav

Admit One: A Reader’s Club Collection by Snarky Co.

I know I literally just told y’all I’m behind on two projects, so why am I launching another one on June 7th? Normally I wouldn’t launch something new until the other two were fulfilled, but I wanted to participate in the Pin Kids Collective launch timeline.

This is a much smaller project. Most of the work is already done, the campaign has been sitting in my drafts, and some designs are already in production. So at this point it mostly just needs to launch and run.

This collection is called Admit One: A Reader’s Club Collection and features a series of enamel pins designed like vintage “Admit One” tickets, each themed around different book genres and tropes.

The teaser page is now live and you can sign up here to be notified upon launch : https://www.backerkit.com/call_to_action/254bbab3-0c8a-4008-b299-a59abbc9e3ba/landing

Looking Ahead - Late 2026

Toward the end of summer or early fall of 2026, I’m hoping to launch my final larger collection of the year:
Symptoms May Vary

This collection is designed for anyone who uses humor to cope with mental illness, chronic illness, neurodivergence, or general life chaos.

It's kind of like if Own Your Stigma and All Out of Spoons had a chaotic little humor-filled child together.

Once I have a teaser page and date for this project, I will let y'all know.

Cheers,
Liz
