We will be using USPS (United States Postal Service) for fulfillment. All orders include tracking. Backers outside the U.S. are responsible for any and all customs fees, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other import costs. These are NOT included in your pledge or shipping payment.
Holiday Timing (U.S. Backers Only)
We will begin fulfillment as soon as BackerKit releases funds and surveys are completed. To have the best chance of U.S. delivery by Dec 25, please complete your BackerKit survey by December 14. Orders completed after December 14 may not arrive before the holidays.
USPS recommends mailing Ground Advantage parcels by December 14 to arrive before December 25.
