Sorry for the delay!

The surveys have finally been approved and the smoke test has been sent out. This means a few of you have already received your surveys to make sure everything is working right. If you notice an issue with your survey, please let us know ASAP! 

Assuming we don't hear about any issues, we will be sending the rest of the surveys out tomorrow. Please fill them out as soon as you can. We will be ordering the last few extras and sending out orders as soon as we have all the items.
