Hello everyone!

Two updates:

First, surveys have been sent! Previously a randomly selected 5% had received them (the "smoke test"), but now everyone should receive them. If you have any issues that can't be handled by Backerkit, please email me (Arras, who handles fulfillment) directly at [email protected].

Second, international shipping! As someone rightly pointed out, shipping rates for Canada are somewhat different than for overseas, so I have updated the international shipping table and added a Canada-specific shipping table. If you have any other shipping-related questions or issues, please hold off submitting your survey and send me an email and I'll see what I can do. If you already submitted your survey, no worries - send me an email anyways.

Finally, not an update but because someone asked: shipping will be via USPS.
