I sent an email out a few days ago, hoping to get some details clarified before finalizing my survey, but I'm becoming unsure of the activity there. I had also sent out an email over a week ago, which, while technically answered by the update that came out the morning after, hasn't received a direct response. Your update indicated that we could expect faster responses through email than here, so I'm hoping to find out what's going on. I know we are just getting are just getting out of the weekend, so are you only monitoring during the week?
