This one means a lot to us. Grim Hollow has grown from a dark fantasy passion project into a full setting that so many of you have made your own at the table, and seeing it recognized alongside the best work in the industry is a genuine honor. None of it would exist without you - the fans - and the incredible team pouring themselves into every page.
We want to give a huge shoutout to the people who brought this book to life: Ben Byrne (Creative Director) and Shawn Merwin (Lead Writer) for shaping the vision and the words, Matt DeMino (Art Director) for the look and feel of the world, Joe Raso (Producer) for keeping the whole thing on the rails, and Martin Hughes and Josh Orchard (Graphic Design) for making every spread sing. We're back with what is probably the final "major fulfilment update". At this point the vast majority of people have their pledges and we're moving on to wrapping up any stragglers and ensuring any damaged, misplaced or undelivered items are sorted out!
US Backers
US Backers should all have received their pledges at this point. We hope you're enjoying your pledge! We're currently working through support tickets to organise resends and replacements wherever they are needed. If you have any issues please reach out to [email protected]
CA Backers
Canadian Backers likewise should have received their pledges. Again we're working to ensure that anyone who has experienced issues with the fulfilment is being sorted out! For those who have their pledge we hope you enjoy! If you have any issues please reach out to [email protected]
European Backers
The European orders were slightly delayed in their arrival and they arrived on May 13. From then, they made their way through customs and the first batch of tracking numbers was uploaded on the 23rd May. The rest of the European tracking numbers were uploaded on the 27th of May. At this point, nearly every pledges has received tracking which has been uploaded to BackerKit and many have started receiving their orders.
There are some remaining pledges which haven't yet received their tracking. We are currently investigating this with our Fulfilment Partners so do not fret. We will ensure your package arrives with you soon. If you have any issues with the tracking of your pledge please reach out to [email protected]
Oceanic and Rest of World Backers
Nearly all Oceanic and Rest of World backers have received their pledge. We are now going through with a fine tooth comb and ensuring no orders are missed. This includes catching up on any outstanding support tickets. As such, if you're having any issues please reach out to [email protected]
Outstanding/Late Pledges
While most people who submitted their surveys after the cut-off date have had their pledge sent at this point, there are still some waiting to be sent. Now that the bulk of fulfilment has been finalised we will be regularly sending out batches of any outstanding pledges.

We're back with another fulfilment update. As with the last update, we're breaking everything down by region so feel free to skip to your region below.
US Backers
The US ship docked as expected on April 18. We made it through customs without issues and the container made it's way to the distribution facility as expected. UPS has been scanning packages into local systems and sending out packages for delivery. Most tracking numbers have started receiving updates stating the package has "departed from the facility" and many US backers have received their pledge.
Keep an eye on your tracking for updates, but we expect most orders to be delivered within the next 7 to 14 days depending on UPS delivery times.
CA Backers
The Canadian vessel arrived on time, unfortunately the 'routine' customs inspection took far longer than expected. We were able to upload tracking numbers for Canadian backers and all pledges are with CAPost. CAPost is currently scanning and delivering the pledges so keep an eye on your tracking for updates.
UK Backers
The UK ship was slightly delayed on its long journey around Africa and docked on the 30th of April. The container is currently being unloaded and will go through customs. Once through customs your pledges will get scanned into local systems and your tracking will begin to update. We expect UK backers will start receiving their pledges in the next 1-3 weeks!
European Backers
The European ship continues its journey and, at this point, we do not have any adjustments to the expected arrival date of May 9. We'll provide more information as we receive it.
Oceanic and Rest of World Backers
We have sent out a second batch of air freight orders to Oceania and Rest of World backers. There are still a few orders, in particular a few unlucky backers from New Zealand who have not been included in this batch, but will be in the next batch leaving soon. In particular for Rest of World backers, please ensure that if you are contacted to pay duties and are from countries such as Brazil, you will need to do so in order to receive you pledge.
Hey everyone, we're back with another fulfilment update. At this point we can break down everything by region so feel free to skip to your region below!
US Backers
As mentioned last update we secured space on a ship due to depart March 24. We successfully loaded 2 containers worth of pledges onto the COSCO DENMARK 058E which you can track here: https://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels/details/9516478. Unfortunately, this ship's timeline has shifted slightly and is now due to arrive in port April 18 instead of April 12.At that point containers will be unloaded, head through customs and to the distribution centre where they will be scanned into local postal systems.
As such, we expect your tracking to start receiving updates from between April 20-25, assuming we don't get delayed on unloading or going through customs. We'll provide some more updates shortly after we dock to ensure there's a clear view of the timeline upon arrival.
CA Backers
The Canadian vessel arrived on April 1st and the container is currently undergoing a routine customs inspection. As mentioned previously, all Canadian packages will need to be relabeled once they reach the distribution centre. At this point we will receive the tracking and upload it straight to BackerKit. As such, please make sure you keep your eye out for an email containing your tracking from BackerKit soon! Customs inspections usually take a couple of days, but can take longer depending on the current queue at the port. With any luck, many of you will start receiving your pledges within the next 2 weeks!
UK Backers
The vessel name we provided last time was unfortunately just the feeder ship which transferred the container to the final vessel bound for the UK. So if you've been following along with vessel finder, sorry for the confusion!
The final UK vessel name is the CMA CGM LOUVRE which you can track here: https://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels/details/9839143. It's due to arrive in port on April 23 after having to take the long way around Africa.
European Backers
The final vessel name for European backers is EDITH MAERSK 412W which can be tracked here: https://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels/details/9321548. It is unfortunately not due to arrive until May 9. We're very sorry for this delay, but given the ongoing Red Sea Crisis trade lanes have been particularly difficult to find space on and once space is found it is a substantially delayed trip. As mentioned last time, the pledges will need to be relabeled once they arrive in Hamburg and as such we cannot provide tracking until then.
Oceanic and Rest of World Backers
The Oceanic region has been sent via airfreight due to the low volume. As such, many have already received tracking and some lucky backers have had their pledge delivered already. These pledges will continue to be sent out in batches via airfreight as space becomes available and we will do our best to upload tracking numbers as quickly as possible. The local courier networks should also be sending you an email once they have your package, so make sure to stay on top of your emails. If you haven’t received your tracking yet, do not fret, we just need to do these in shipments in batches as space becomes available.
