Hey all! My pledge arrived in Belgium today. Although I didn't get the email notifications, I was able to track my parcel using the Global Post tracking page. I was delighted to see that everything had been taken care of and I didn't have a surprise note telling me to pay whatever customs/duties/taxes/... related to the pledge. That's really useful and helpful ;-). And now I've got some reading to do!

Very happy to report safe arrival of my package of goodies from this project earlier today here in the UK, all looking splendid and intact! Completely distracted me from what I'd intended to do today after it arrived, but that was not unexpected 😁. I know there've been a couple of queries about shipping notices and suchlike here. What I can say, as a non-US backer, is that my shipping notice arrived on January 28, and the package arrived today, February 4, so an eight-day gap, or six if you take out the weekend. The tracking details sent me from Backerkit with the shipping notice never functioned; even now, it's still saying "tracking is not available for this parcel", despite the fact USPS recognised the tracking number enough to confirm other details about it. Obviously, that may be just because I'm not in the USA, but it may indicate what happens elsewhere more generally, so if that's also you, there probably isn't a problem; it's on the way, and you just can't track it for whatever reason. The fact the shipping notice arrived about a week before the package might be a useful ballpark timeline at least. And for anyone still waiting - hopefully not for too much longer - good luck!
