Just a quick note to let you know that the pledge manager has been locked for purposes of product choices.
Cards will be charged tomorrow.
If you really need to change something, we can usually accommodate it via special request. Email [email protected] with any such special requests.
You can still change your mailing address, for now.
Once we have confirmation of the print goods shipping, we will lock down mailing addresses and advise on estimated fulfillment date.
As of "right now", the sound chip and Pinball Crawl Classics boxes are the final items in production. The printer estimates shipping from their location overseas will happen around mid-September, which puts fulfillment in roughly November-ish. Once we have a specific ship date we can nail that down more solidly!
Now that all print proofing is complete, we have final files. The proofing process often reveals mistakes that we fix along the way, so it's good to get through print proofing before generating PDFs. Now that we are past that, we'll start on the screen-res PDF creation and fulfill those once ready.

It was great seeing so many familiar faces at Gen Con! Thanks to everyone who made the trip. Before we dive into today's update on pledge manager, printer proofs, and Foundry adaptations, let's share just a few photos from the con.

Pledge Manager Locking Wednesday
As a reminder, the pledge manager is live. We plan to lock orders and charge cards on Wednesday. You will still be able to change mailing address after that, at least for a while. But if you'd like to change your pledge items or add-ons, please do so quickly!
A Few More Printer Proofs
In previous posts we have provided photos of many proof items. The very last things to get finalized are the Pinball Crawl Classics clamshell box and interior modules. Here are a few photos.
The final clamshell box, closed and folded up. The sides are printed with a nice bronze foil. It looks great.

Interior of the final clamshell box. This is a proof, and there is a clear problem: the tray (or "bottom") is clearly printed upside down! This will be fixed in the final. (And this is exactly why we do proofs - to make sure these things are identified and fixed before final production.) There will also be one other minor change before final. The white box at bottom center of the lid cover is the sound chip. That will manufactured using a black plastic instead of a white plastic.
At this point, ALL PROOFS ARE APPROVED. The printer is manufacturing and we will provide a timeline once we get a final ship date.
Update on Foundry Add-Ons
In the original campaign, we offered Foundry adaptations to Old-School Adventures #1 and DCC #113. Unfortunately we are encountering challenges converting those adventures to Foundry. It looks like we may have to cancel the Foundry add-ons. Only a handful of backers pledged for either so this affects a small group of people. But we are sorry if you are affected! We are working through some details and will reach out to affected backers if needed.
Final Week for Book of Funnels
If you're a Dungeon Crawl Classics fan (or MCC or XCC), consider checking out the Book of Funnels. This is the last week and crowdfunding backers get a host of bonus items - including eight bonus adventures bound into the book! More details here.

Wow, do we have some fun updates for you. We've received in a lot of printer proofs and the books are looking terrific. But first, just to get it off my chest, I finally got the #1 spot on the local T2 pinball machine. 138 million! Here's a photo:

The Book of Funnels Launches Tomorrow!
Yes, you read that right. If you're a DCC player, you do not want to miss The Book of Funnels!
The most entertaining part of DCC gets even more fun! 12+ 0-level funnels in the book, even more as we beat stretch goals, plus scratch-off sheets and a whole lot of earlybird specials. Follow the project now!

The Pledge Manager is now live! Any minute now, you should see an email with a link to the BackerKit Pledge Manager. Please use that link to finalize your Add-ons and make sure a card is on file for shipping charges (if applicable).
Viewer-ready PDFs should be available soon, and will be accessible only to paid backers with completed surveys. So, even if you are a digital-only backer, you still need to finalize your BackerKit pledge via the link in your email before you get access to the PDFs in this project.
Shipping timeline: We ask that you complete your survey within the next 2-3 weeks. Since the printers are shipping direct to each destination market, they need to know how many to ship to each region. In short, the quicker your responses, the quicker the overall turnaround -- and we want to get this out before the end of the year! Late surveys could result in a delay relative to other backers.
More good news: For those who petitioned the cause, those coveted Returning Backer Stickers are now available for sale -- still just for backers!

As you've no doubt seen in our last update, the files are in the printers' hands and they are already hard at work, making this glorious project come to life.
What this means is that we now need to know who's getting what, and how many of each title to send to our global fulfillment partners. And that's where YOU come in! It is very nearly time for everyone to look in your email for your surveys! I say very nearly because the pledge manager will launch for everyone next week.
In the meantime, a random 5% of you have been sent their survey early. This is what we call the Smoke Test. Is it airtight? Is everything where it should be? Is it easy to find the Add-ons you're looking for? If you see the invitation in your inbox this week, please do give it a click.

We're currently making lots of minor revisions to fit the final measurements of the various spine widths, box sizes, etc.
