Project Update: Printers of the Purple Planet!
I bear tremendous news from out of the purple wastes: All the files have gone to the printer!
Yes, that's right. Even as you read this, kith minions are busy transforming all the bits of Adventures On the Purple Planet...And Beyond into actual physical products to send to you wonderful backers. These are the printer files, mind you, and not the PDFs backers will receive. Those still need to be cleaned up, bookmarked, and otherwise be brought up to commercial standards.
Meanwhile, other kith war band members have been toiling away getting the Backerkit pledge manager ready. That's almost finished, so don't be too shocked if the next update you receive is an announcement that the pledge manager is open and ready for your eager hands.
In other words, everything is moving towards completion on schedule and we're pleased at how quickly this Backerkit project is coming to fruition. Let me again offer my thanks to all of you for supporting Adventures On the Purple Planet and Beyond!

Getting Purple Planet wrapped-up hasn't slowed us down. We've been feverishly prepping our next Backerkit project, Caverns of Thracia Returns! This amazing adventure will be available for both the Dungeon Crawl Classics and 5e rules, and features a 4+ level dungeon, more than 300 encounters, 125+ new monsters, 40 new magic items, spells, and curses, plus yet-to-be-revealed stretch goals. Project Update: April is Lovely on the Purple Planet
Meanwhile, Harley Stroh just sent me the final stretch goal this morning and that’s off to editing. The dice inserts are long done and Doug Kovacs is working on the art for the dice tubes right now, along with some other choice imagery that will be included in Tome of Adventure: The Purple Planet. We’re all extremely pleased how quickly things are coming together on this end to fulfill this project as swiftly as we can. I wouldn’t be surprised if the next update is one telling you we’ve sent everything off to the printer! Stay tuned for more in the next few weeks.

Hi, it will be possible to add extra on the pladge? I found some extra money i want to throw at the goodies. Usually when i use a backerkit campaign there is an option to add extra to the pladge for a long time, will that be possible?

Hi! The Crawler Companion allows to select Harley's PP occupation table (with PTSD US Soldier, Space Monkeys etc...) Would be cool to have it in print inside the book as well. That's all for me, Bye!

Project Update: Long live the Horde!
Thank you, one and all! As the dust settles over the bloodied field, and the gribb circle the sky in anticipation of their grisly harvest, we can only sit back and give thanks. To each and every backer that joined our mighty Horde and carried us to its triumphant conclusion: thank you.
You are the heroes of the Purple Planet. Your efforts unearthed a trove of new content for our far-flung world. Amid the treasures are new foes, new magic, new relics, and entirely new locations on the high plateau! (To say nothing of an ominous new Ascended Master, anointed with drops of Aqua Mortis and seated upon the Throne of Stars high atop the Ancestor Peaks.)
At Goodman Games we write and run the same adventures that we want to play: to explore ancient tombs in search of forgotten (or forbidden!) knowledge; to take up strange and powerful relics from a lost age; to lead hordes of rebel kith against the hateful Ascended Masters; to gaze down from atop the Ancestor Peaks, with all the weirdling planet spread before us. These are the adventures that call to us.
It's rewarding when those same adventures resonate with you, and doubly so when other publishers take up that same torch. At their heart, RPGs are most exciting when they are a collaboration between the artists and writers, and judges and players. Each has a role to play bringing the world to life, and this is where the magic is.
We'll have much to share in the coming weeks and months. You can expect new artwork, teaser content, sample layouts, and the beloved Squash the Typo previews. But until then, thank you for being our co-creators and for helping to bring the Purple Planet to life.

As of writing this we are about 5000 away from 300000 needed for the tokens, can we still meet that even if the campaign has technically ended?

Since crowdfunding love placing celebrities and pop culture references and since this is the Purple Planet, and since there may or may not be some type of reference or 'npc' of a celebrity in the past of the Purple Planet. I suggest this celebrity be model from Prince, the famous singer. He is The Purple One, as it seems a good fit. Who knows maybe his a Bardic Kith Master and not someone who lived once, in the glory days before whatever apocalypse befell the planet.

I've really enjoyed this campaign and it's not just the multiple parts of the Horde that have made it fun. To me it's all the engagement with other backers, the conversations, the multiple polls and interaction with the creators. I never got this involved other than the odd message of support in the 300 or so campaigns I've been involved in on Kickstarter. So my thanks to Backerkit and obviously to Goodman Games for using the platform for the Purple Planet Campaign. This is my first real involvement with Backerkit, sadly I couldn't get onboard for the previous Grimtooth's Traps Campaign.

I was wondering whether in the fullness of time Adventures On the Purple Planet would also be considered for conversion to the Roll 20 platform since that Backerkit Campaign has also be a success? If it is, are there also plans to convert The Chained Coffin adventure or perhaps DCC Lankhmar material or DCC Dying Earth?

Hello, Thanks a lot for this really nice horde projects! I've backed for all the campain of the hord and I was waiting for some information about combined shipping (especially because I'm in EU), but unless I missed there's still no clear statement about this. Any chance to have more information about this before the final countdown? Thanks a gain a good luck for the final hours!
