This is a quick update for AUS/NZ backers. In short, we are preparing to ship the "make-up" deliveries to AUS/NZ backers for items that were missing from their local-market deliveries. However, we are still waiting on email confirmations from quite a few backers!

AUS/NZ backers, please make sure to reply to our emails. We have a list from the fulfillment company of what items they did not ship. However, that does not tell us if your items arrived in damaged condition or not. It also doesn't tell us if they made a picking mistake and you're actually missing something else. We're also working with mailing addresses that are quite old, and it's probable that at least one backer has moved since that list was prepared. 

We've emailed every AUS/NZ backer who was on their list of missing items to verify mailing address and what items were received. If you're one of those backers, please look for an email from [email protected] and confirm. We sometimes encounter junk mail issues so we will also follow up soon with an alternate @gmail address we use if spam filters are a concern. AUS/NZ backers, if you haven't already done so, please confirm mailing address and missing items via those emails, so we can get started on the shipping process.
