Hail, heroes of the Horde! 

To those of you who have fought on behalf of the Horde since its inception, we thank you! And to those who only recently rallied around our banner, welcome! Together you have achieved mighty victories, and with the end of our shared campaign still over a week away, there is much we can still accomplish. 

The greatest joy as an author is to see our creations taken up by other authors and judges, who transform the work and make it their own. Whether you and your fellow gamers choose to explore forgotten ruins in search of ancient relics, scale the Ancestor Peaks in a quest to win the Throne of Stars, or lead a war band of kith into battle — our goal is to give you the tools to make the Purple Planet your own.

Veterans of the Horde are familiar with the font of rumors, lies, and lore that is the Goodman Games Twitch channel. We have two upcoming shows dedicated to the Purple Planet: 

On February 27th, at 9 pm EST, we have the Purple Planet Q&A show. Bring your burning queries, brilliant stretch goal proposals, and planetary conundrums. Joseph, Mike, and I will be on hand to answer your questions, and we hope to see you there.

Then, on March 5th, we have the Countdown Show. Please join us in celebrating the close of the Adventures On the Purple Planet campaign, and weigh in on the final design announcements. 

We still have over a week until the end of our campaign, and we need your help to design our horde’s Ascended Master. In our previous poll, you chose the mummified kith as the leader of our war band. Now, we need your input on what kind of ritual we should use to bring our mummified warlord back to life. Your answers will determine our next steps and the challenges we will face along the way.

2. The lifeblood of the dread Mother Orm, Vatya-Ibdid.

3. Seven drops of Aqua Mortis, stolen from the crucible sunk within the Lake of Death.

4. A forgotten spell, carved on ancient tablets concealed in a library lost beneath the sifting sands. 

5. Place our warlord upon the Throne of Stars high atop the Ancestor Peaks and raise our voices in defiance of the heavens.
