First things first - we owe you an apology. It's been way too quiet on our end, and you've been patient with us. That's not lost on us. Thank you.
Here's where things actually stand:
The book is done. Layout is complete and the Gudnak Means War Anthology is headed to print this week. 256 pages of original Gudnak fiction, gold foil hardcover and stories from an absolutely unhinged roster of writers including Jerry Holkins, Jennifer Brozek, Ed Greenwood, and the rest of the crew. It's real. It's beautiful. It's going to print!
We also tried a new card printer. While we were deep in production, we took the opportunity to run our Gudnak cards through a new manufacturer - and honestly, we weren't expecting to be this happy about it. The quality is CRISP. Colors are richer, the card stock feels great in hand, and the finish is exactly what we wanted. We're attaching a photo so you can see for yourself.
They're so…BEAUTIFUL
We're fulfilling this one ourselves. We opened a warehouse, built real warehouse shelves and have it stocked with boxes awaiting those beautiful books.
The Audiobook recording is finished! This one genuinely came out incredible. Eric Summerer — yes, that Eric Summerer — recorded the full audiobook, and it is something else. If you've heard him work before, you already know. If you haven't, you're about to. The recording is complete and the audiobook will be available for download soon. We'll send a separate update the moment it's live with instructions on how to access it.
We know the wait has been longer than any of us wanted. The good news is that the finish line is right in front of us. We'll have more updates on fulfillment timeline once we have the print proof in hand.
