Just wanted to share that the Triangle Agency Fan Zine was a gold medal winner at the 2026 ENNIES under the Best Community Content category! Thanks to everyone who voted, contributed, and supported our zine!
Wyllora and Cat from the organizing team made an appearance at GenCon! Here's a snippet from Cat's speech from the award ceremony:
Finally, the Triangle Agency Fanzine only came together as the incredible work of art that it is today because of our 42 contributors. It made our team so happy to see folks who had never made homebrew content before take their first stabs at it. Thank you to all the writers, artists, and other Agents! This fanzine has everything!
Jello recipes
Minigames
Organ stealing American Girl Dolls
Real and fake data analysis
Metaphoricical dentistry
Flowcharts
Step by step corruption arcs
and an interview with Fan Favorite Gunk!
Thank you to the Triangle Agency Community at large for supporting, backing, and voting for this project! Wyllora winks "stay stable"
LONG TERM STOCKING PLAN
We are fresh out of zines.
(if you are a Backer who has already contacted us about missing zines, you should be set. and somehow if we run out of backup zines for you, we can offer a full refund)
People still want zines, so we're working out a long-term stocking plan with Haunted Table. In the spirit of this fundraising campaign, we are deliberately trying NOT to make a profit, since that would be unfair to all of the contributors whose work would be sold. The price plans and budgeting will be built around covering the base cost of manufacturing, shipping, and handling. If anything changes, we'll be in touch with contributors to keep them all in the loop.
We're hoping to have more developments on this front by late 2026/early 2027, provided shipping channels/manufacturing/etc are not severely impacted by global events (which.... could happen).
Small update today- letting you know everything has been shipped across both US and EU print runs! Packages shipped from the EU did not always receive tracking (due to a quirk of the Czech post office- they receive a certain number of tracking numbers on physical stickers every day, and didn't always have enough for us to use).
If your zine has not arrived by AUGUST, please contact us and we can work something out! There are a very small number of leftover zines I am currently holding onto in case we need to replace any zines lost or damaged by transit.
Thanks again for supporting the project! We'll be back in touch once voting for the ENNIEs opens :)
Hey all, back with a shipping update + note on leftover stock.
99% of North American orders have been shipped out! If you ordered a zine, you should've received a tracking number through Backerkit. If you ordered stickers, they've been sent through letter mail and should arrive within 2 weeks.
CANADIAN BACKERS: you received an email from Haasio earlier last week regarding customs/import fees from UPS! Check the email you use with Backerkit!
50% of EU orders have been shipped out! Jude is sending them through the Czech Royal Post primarily (as they're priced in a way that lets us do free shipping for the majority of EU backers). HOWEVER! The Czech Royal Post only receives a limited amount of tracking numbers each day (they receive tracking numbers as physical stickers that they put on packages). Because of this, the majority of EU orders will not have tracking. We're currently troubleshooting orders to Great Britain (which isn't allowing any packages over 2 kilos anymore???? We're in touch with the affected Backers). We've been prioritizing tracking numbers for packages going longer distances (Australia, Singapore, etc). Primary bottleneck right now is FedEx + the Czech Royal Post being finicky about certain country addresses.
STOCKING 2 CONCURRENT PRINT RUNS: IN HINDSIGHT
Our print run was especially weird to stock and order for because we were coordinating stock separately between North America and EU, but working from a common database of orders (this Backerkit). As a result, the wiggle room we worked into stock for each half of fulfillment was not perfect. Since Jude and I are both students with limited space, we tried to order exactly what was needed, with just a few extras in case things were damaged.
However, there was a bit of human error (especially because our order estimates were based on surveys completed in MAY. People are still responding to surveys NOW, and Haasio closed the survey Add-Ons too late.... Many stickers have sold out prematurely as a result. Whoops!)
We have been in touch with Backers affected by sold out stickers (it is a very small amount of people). However, from this point on if you complete your survey now (nearly 2 months after we have ordered stock) we cannot guarantee that we have all of the stickers in stock for you. EU has some extra stickers, and North America is out of stickers. EU is out of zines, and North America has some extras (which have been sent to the EU to fulfill necessary orders).
We have a small reservoir of leftover zines in the US, but we're using these as backups for Backers whose zines got lost in the mail/severely damaged by the mail (IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU, LET US KNOW!). In late July or August, these may go up for sale.
KEEP AN EYE ON THE ENNIES
We submitted this year under the community content category! Once it's time to vote, we'll be in contact!
USA/Canada zines arrived this morning! I'm aiming to spend the next week and a half working through all 240some zines. I'm working through the USA orders alphabetically by first name. Each zine is hand-numbered one out of 308!
Gloss on the US zines came out wonderfully! There's been a bit of a hiccup with the gloss on the EU zines- Jude will be in touch with the printer by next week to see what can be done, but there's a chance EU/international order zines may not have cover gloss.
EU/International zines should be shipping soon as well.
Once your zine is packed and receives a label, you'll receive an email through Backerkit with the tracking number!
Additionally, the zine digital release is out! The only change between this edition and the March edition is that the Employees of the Month section has been completed. You can read online here: https://haasio.itch.io/the-triangle-agency-fan-zine
Hoping to get your zine into your hands soon! Haasio
