Hello! So a quick update so you know where we're at.
I've had some help from Backerkit on being able to extract digital backer data, so that hopefully I will be able to send coupons for future releases direct to you in the old fashion method. Hopefully that will make things easier going forward!
In print news, we have all rewards with us now, apart from the upgraded corebook. We're just waiting on a slot on a truck and it'll be with us! Can't wait to get my hands on those, and get them out to you!
The GM's Companion is in final proofing now. This will be printed in the UK, so we'll get them in about 7 to 10 days as soon as we've completed proofing and final checks.
We've also been receiving Witch Pouch material, and it's developed in what I hope you'll find an interesting way. The original Witch Pouch was just a collection of fairly random art cards and stickers, which are nice and all, but it's just a bit of fun.
With this one, I starting thinking about things you could use at the table.
We have had a load of character "sheets" printed on nice weighty card - so there will be a handful of those in the pouch. Maskwitches characters aren't made of much information, so they fit easily on a card like this. We'll of course add larger versions to the electronic version so you can print the size you like, but these are neat and slip into the book.
And we also had some Predestined Events Trackers printed on the same size cards. We'll send you a handful of those too. I was chatting today with Paul of the Indie Game Reading Club, and he mentioned cards for Masks and Amulets. Which we used to do for the original version, but we haven't done for this edition. And then of course I realised - we can print some mini cards for you to cut out and use with the mini character sheets! So we did. We'll get those next week!
Here's my own mock ups I printed to test the idea. Theres a blank space under each mask and amulet so you can write in what it represents. And you'll get 16 of each, which gives you plenty. They are quite small, but I enjoy that it's all compact and pocket-sized.
We'll also do digital versions of these for you to home print, and we'll see if we can do a variety of sizes.
It works! And just so the pouch isn't all entirely practical, of course there'll be stickers too! These are nice big 78mm/ 3 inch stickers and we have LOADS of them!
That's it for now - stay tuned for the start of dispatch! Fingers crossed these books start moving!
