I’ve emailed a few times about a random charge from June 13th on my order. It does not specify what this charge is for. I have not received any update or shipping information/tracking info and have heard radio silence from the artist.. is there a better way to contact them?? Its been a long time and I still havent received my cuddlebug or any kind of update just randomly this mysterious charge.. :c tysm
