Project Update: All surveys sent! + errored backer notification

Hey friends!

I'm back today to notify you all that ALL the rest of the surveys (Except POT backers) have been sent!

***REMINDER***: You MUST submit your survey to receive your rewards. If I do not receive a survey response from you, you will not receive your pins or other rewards. I do NOT offer refunds for backers who fail to submit their survey before I finish shipping orders out. If you fail to fill out your survey, your pledge will be considered a donation.

If you encounter any issues while filling out your survey, please notify me right away through a comment or by sending me a message at [email protected].

Pay Over Time Backers

POT Backers will not receive their survey yet! If you used Pay Over Time to pay for your pledge, you won't receive your survey until your pledge is paid in full. If I make another announcement in a few weeks that I'm locking orders - don't worry, you won't be locked out of submitting your survey.

Once you make your final payment, you'll receive your survey automatically within 48 hours, and I will lock your order shortly after you fill it out. ^_^

Errored Payments

If your payment for your pledge errored and you haven't fixed it yet, you will be able to do so through the survey. Please make sure the card info you submit on the survey is up-to-date. When I give the notification that I am charging cards for shipping, please make sure you have the funds available.

A note about repeat errored payment backers

I have been noticing that I have a handful of repeat offenders of people who never fix their errored payments on my campaigns, and I wanted to include a note about it in this update.

Going forward, I will be taking steps to prevent repeat errored backers from pledging to my future campaigns.

If a backer has failed to fix their errored payments for 3 consecutive campaigns, I will block them from pledging for all my future projects.

Please keep this in mind for my campaigns and for other creators, too. I usually try to stay positive in my updates, but at a point it begins to get frustrating, and I'm not going to continue to just let it happen especially when I know other creators that experience the same thing, sometimes even from the same offenders.
