Project Update: Pledge manager opens!
Hello nostalgics!
We’re getting in touch today with some important information about the next step of the MemoryCore project: the Pledge Manager is now open! This is where our backers can review and finalize their pledge, make changes, add available extras, and provide the information we’ll need for fulfillment.
If you missed the original campaign, the MemoryCore preorder store is also now open, giving you another opportunity to join the project!

Pledge Manager Is Open!
If you backed MemoryCore during the campaign, you can now access your personal Pledge Manager and review your order. You’ll be able to:
- Review your pledge
- Upgrade your pledge
- Add available extras and add-ons
- Confirm your details
- Provide the information needed for fulfillment
You should receive an email from BackerKit containing your personal invitation link to the Pledge Manager. It can take some time for all invitations to arrive, so please be patient if yours doesn't appear immediately.
Once you receive your invitation, simply follow the link in the email and you'll be guided through the process.
How Does the Pledge Manager Work?
It's simple! Your original MemoryCore pledge will already be loaded into your Pledge Manager, along any goodies you might have gained during or before the campaign. Once you enter, you'll be able to review what you backed and decide whether you want to make any changes.
If you're happy with your original pledge, you can simply confirm your details and continue.
If you want to get more MemoryCore, you can upgrade your pledge or add available items before completing your order. You'll also be asked to provide or confirm the information we need to prepare your order for fulfillment.
Required Information in Specific Pledge Levels
If you have a Platinum pledge and applied during the first 48 hours of the campaign, you'll be featured in CorePlayer! Magazine. A question will be automatically included in the survey asking for the information needed for the feature. Make sure to complete the google form linked there, and upload your pictures so we can include you in the magazine.
If you have an Advanced pledge, you'll find two questions in the survey, each allowing you to select one additional game to receive alongside Solid State Machine and Bloodsong. Make sure you select both additional games before completing your survey.
Please complete all the required questions in your survey and double-check your selections before submitting. This information is necessary for us to prepare your pledge correctly.
Missed the Campaign? The preorder store is open!
Don't worry. You can still join MemoryCore! Alongside the Pledge Manager, we've opened a separate MemoryCore preorder store for anyone who didn't participate in the original campaign. The preorder store is separate from the Pledge Manager and does not require you to have backed the campaign. Choose the MemoryCore products you'd like, add any available extras, and complete your order directly through the preorder store.
Shipping Will Be Charged Later
Shipping costs will not be charged at this stage.
We will collect your shipping information now, but shipping will be calculated and charged at a later stage, closer to fulfillment. There is a good reason for this: MemoryCore is still some time away from shipping, and shipping rates can change significantly over time. By waiting until we are closer to fulfillment, we can calculate shipping using the most up-to-date rates and the final details of your order.
Your shipping cost will be based on factors such as your destination, final pledge, add-ons, and package size and weight. We’ll provide more information about shipping and when the charges will be made in a future update.
Pledge Manager Timeline
The Pledge Manager will remain open for a while, while we collect and finalize your orders.During this period, you can review your pledge, make changes, upgrade your pledge, and add available extras. We'll announce the final deadline for the Pledge Manager in a future update. Please keep an eye on your email and the MemoryCore campaign page for further information about the next steps, including shipping and fulfillment.
What If I Don't Receive My Invitation?
First, make sure you're checking the email address associated with your MemoryCore campaign account. Then check your spam or junk folder, as the invitation is sent by BackerKit.
If you still haven't received your invitation after a two or three weeks, please contact us and we'll help you figure it out.
