Was looking forward to these arriving, only to find not only the very flimsy package damaged, but both of the pins that were in it damaged. All of the prongs were bent to varying degrees, one so much so that I needed a pair of pliers to bend it enough to remove from the backing board. The Baroque pin is the least damaged on the front, with a tiny piece of the yellow at the tip appearing to have been shaved off. The Victorian pin has some blackish residue covering parts of the lower half; some of it did flake off but the rest will need to be scrapped away, hopefully without damaging the colouring underneath. And the Renaissance pin was missing entirely.

Forgive the bad pictures (much harder to take pictures of pins than I thought!), but I am so happy with the quality of these pins. I will be shipping these little beauties out starting this week. Can't wait to share them with you all!

Project Update: Manufacturing Update
Quick update on the manufacturing process. I had been working with a company for awhile, and was at the point where I was very pleased with everything and ready to start manufacturing. They recently informed me that the quote they gave was wrong and the actual cost would be double what was initially discussed. So, unfortunately I am back to shopping around with different companies in hopes of finding better costs, but still quality work. I will keep you all updated as the process moves forward.

Project Update: BackerKit Surveys Coming Soon + Some Flowers!
In the next few days you will receive an email with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since I need this information to fulfill your rewards. I'm setting the deadline to complete your survey to WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26.
When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase any add-on items that look good! You don’t have access to this survey link just yet, but it will be available soon via email 💌 After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before I close the surveys and get my final counts.
Everyone else who DID NOT support History of Floral Fads during the live campaign, it's not too late, you can order some floral pins via my History of Floral Fads pre-order store.

Hello! I never received a survey to give my address or confirm which pins I'd like. I haven't heard anything about this project since my pledge was collected, whereas other pintopia projects I backed have already closed their surveys and started fulfillment. I have checked my spam folders and there is nothing. Help?

Hi! I recently had a second charge for this Backerkit go to my bank account after the initial one and I was wondering if I could get some help with it as Backerkit support didn't really help me. Thanks!
Project Update: Here’s what to expect next
- Expect an email letting you know your payment has been charged. If there are any issues with your payment we will notify you with next steps.
- We will need to collect some additional info such as your pin selections and shipping information before we send rewards. In the coming weeks we will send you a survey to collect that information.
- Since all Pintopia projects were 100% funded, you will be getting a FREE Pintopia 2023 pin from BackerKit. And if you backed 3+ pins you’ve earned some additional pins. Stay tuned for more information from BackerKit about how you will receive those pins.
Project Update: POLL : Which flower pin should I make next?
I'd like to start by saying another thank you to all who have backed! Very appreciative of all your support. Since I had so much fun creating my first set of 3 floral pins, I want to design more! I'd love to hear your thoughts on the next flower pin I should design. I'll check voting on Sunday evening (2/5) to see which two flowers earned the top spots.

Project Update: Funded!
Funded in under 2 hours 🤯…!!! I am beyond excited, and incredibly grateful to all who have backed me so far. This is my first crowdfunding campaign, and I never expected such an outpouring of support. So truly and sincerely, thank you! I feel like my eight year old self in this picture, winning my first award ever, and for a drawing.
