When will I get my items?

All items are ready to ship, so distribution will begin as soon as funds are released from Backerkit (approximately one week after the Holiday Shop event ends).

What's the refund policy?

Please send an email if you need a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your items.

Can I do local pickup?

Yes! If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, you can save on shipping by picking up your items! When you receive your post-campaign survey to submit your shipping address, select Local Pickup in the Country dropdown menu. Selecting Local Pickup means you do not have to provide a shipping address, but you still need to submit the survey to receive your items!

What's Insects A to Z?

Insects A to Z is an alphabet book for young entomologists! It features a colorful illustration for each letter of the alphabet, along with a few facts about the illustrated insect.

Earlier this year I had a campaign to fund the printing of the book, now I'm offering another chance for backers to get the book and campaign rewards!

Shipping

All items are ready to ship, so backers will receive their items early to mid-December (barring any unforeseen delays). Due to costs, shipping will only be available for USA and Canada for the Holiday Shop. All shipping fees will be charged separately after the campaign during pledge management. The prices below are estimates.

Estimated shipping for stickers:

$2 USA
$5 Canada

Estimated shipping for one book:

$10 USA
$25 Canada

Estimated shipping for one poster:

$10 USA
$25 Canada

The shipping cost may increase if you add-on additional copies of the book or poster because shipping is weight-based.
