Foxwright Apothecary is packed and ready to ship!

Hi all! A few things to talk about in this update. The first, and biggest, is that the Foxwright Apothecary is fully packed, every pin that you're owed is in a mailer with your name on it!
A few other things still need to be mentioned: Social media updates, timelines, a certain ghostie, and some future plans to get things out there.
Social media: I said that I would make a post at least every other day on X and TikTok. For X, my account was fairly immediately reported and suspended for impersonating Crow. I appealed, got the account back, and made a post explaining that there was no impersonation. Anyways, you'll never guess what came next - so X is out for now.
TikTok, on the other hand, is much more my fault. I made posts every other day for I believe five posts, before my own health issues prevented me. I won't go into details, but I was bedridden at best for a lot of that. Either way, I'll make a post soon, as a friend has agreed to film.
Timelines: I'll be honest, I'm not sure exactly what the timelines are looking like right now. We should be able to pull funds to start shipping things out very soon, starting with backers who did not support Pride Potions first (more on why later). I want to make sure that I actually know what I'm doing with this - if I mis-deliver 470 mailers, that's a lot more hurt than 10. Once I know for sure how to handle the website, mailing addresses, postal services, etc. then I'll send the rest. I anticipate that we'll be done shipping Foxwright Apothecary by the end of this month!
Pride Potion stuff will be sent with a lot of the Foxwright Apothecary, so if you ordered from both, (unless you ordered a LOT, as these mailers can only fit so much), then you'll get them together. Likewise, a lot of Pride Potions should also be sent by the end of this month!
Decadent Orchard... is a bit daunting. I need to get all of it, organize all of it, pack, you get it. Either way, I don't know a timeline on it. I hope to start before November, but I really don't know. I expect to be done with everything by the end of this year!
Those who only supported Foxwright Apothecary but not Pride Potions will be getting their packages first, frankly because it's less logitical strain while I experience the learning curve.
Ghostie: Crow has handed all but two of the ghosties off to me to ship, with the last two coming shortly. I'll send those with Foxwright Apothecary. Simple as.
TikTok shop and Etsy shop: I have a functional, though unremarkable TikTok Shop. I'm in the process of adding more items to be sold, but at the moment I only have the health potion pin listed. Reviewing takes time, and so do good product photos.
IMPORTANT: If you do not want more pins than you have already previously ordered, then do not order from the TikTok Shop! The TikTok Shop is entirely and fully for helping me have a healthy distribution of the product while I work almost for free. Do not order if you do not want more. You will get your products either way. TikTok Shop is not intended for Backers, (but feel free to check it out, order from it, share it, I won't complain!).
Other Distribution: I have some friends in the Maryland area, and I'm in Chicago myself. Likewise, I intend to send a bulk package to my Maryland friend to sell on their own time, campuses, comic shops, etc.
For me, I intend to sell mostly the same. I'll ask local small retailers if they would like to sell some of the surplus products.
Lastly, I want to apologize for not responding here after about a day and a half. I got caught up in packing, and carefully wording responses is very time consuming and draining for those not trained in PR, (me). I have a friend, (the same one who will help me film the update videos), who has voulenteered to help respond to some comments and bring important ones to my attention. He's choosing to go by C for now, so expect to see him around.

Hello everyone, my name is Autumn. Crow has asked me to manage this project and fulfill all obligations related to all unfinished campaigns.
Why have I been asked to do this?
- Crow's recent and longstanding health issues that will not be disclosed further.
- Pre-existing production and distribution issues.
- Recent and longstanding complaints that have pushed Crow to reach out to me.
- My experience managing similar projects and timelines.
What is a reasonable timeline?
- Immediately, I will take the surplus products produced and begin selling them at conventions, festivals, and online spaces not otherwise affiliated with Crow. I will do this to raise my own funds for shipping.
- When I have gathered these funds, I will ship the pins to you. I can also provide a hand written note of apology upon request.
- Nope, that's it. No third step.
What should you expect?
- These products will start appearing in the Chicago, Chicagoland, and Baltimore/Annapolis areas.
- These products will also be brought to Etsy, and potentially more online spaces, if Etsy is too slow.
- If you choose to purchase any of these products from Etsy, then you will immediately be shipped that product without further fanfare. The shipping details and payment are baked into that interaction.
- All of this should be finally done and over with by the end of the year, depending entirely on how quickly I can raise shipping funds.
- Refunds are potentially possible, depending once again on how well the products (mainly pins) sell, and how many people request refunds and to what amount.
Why did I agree to do this?
- There are more pins (and other products) that were produced than were needed, due to communication issues while switching manufacturers.
- I can sell these excess pins (no, not your pins - I've already collected and bagged those for shipping) for profit on my end.
- The pin designs were genuinely good, and Crow has offered them to me as extra payment for when all of this is done.
- Finally, they want to wash their hands of this years-long ordeal and be done with it, and I sympathize with that. I'm sure that all of you want this to be done and over with as well.

Hello, you can call me Autumn. I help people manage small businesses, primarily with my education in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, as well as some marketing experience. Now, most of that is irrelevant to shipping things out to you, but it sure helps.
Previously, I've been behind the scenes of a few local businesses, but I've never outright spoken to the customer base.
I will link fresh socials for marketing below. I will give updates on progress every other day, largely for your peace of mind.

Summer Update - Foxwright
As everyone is more than well aware, the original timeline has long since gone out the window.
Foxwright Apothecary pins are in hand, graded, and on cards. They’re waiting to be packaged up and shipped out. I had hoped to do this earlier in the spring, however, my wife had to have major surgery with an extended hospital stay, on top of my working full time. I am working on getting help with this stage of fulfillment, and hope to see more moving soon.
Pride Potions pins are in hand, but ungraded. Once the prior campaign is more completely out the door, we will be moving onto this step, again, I will be getting help as I am able.
Decadent Orchard is regretfully still in the waiting phase as I am wrangling the other two.

It was never meant to all happen this way, I found myself caught in the perfect storm of everything going wrong from every front all at once and I am, quite frankly, utterly exhausted and trying so hard to put this all behind me. Once these projects are all finished, I will be indefinitely stepping back from projects and scrapping all my concepts/future planning.

New Year's Update - Foxwright
[This was intended to be posted on the 31st but got trapped in my drafts. I had thought I'd been keeping DO updated along with the others, but alas.)
End of the year, I’m keeping it short and sweet for status updates:
FOXWRIGHT APOTHECARY
Working through it! There’s a lot to process and organize and my semester ended mid-December while I immediately followed up with working 2 weeks straight without any sort of break, plus the holidays. Going into 2026 this remains the priority, as it has been.
PRIDE POTIONS
Pins are in hand and have been for a while! Apologies for lack of updates, it’s been a rough couple of months. I haven’t yet pulled them all together to get good photos for y’all because there’s 35 individual designs and the prior campaign has been the priority.
DECADENT ORCHARD
Is… still in limbo while I sort out the prior two, as stated before.

And listen, I am fully aware that I am not great at providing updates. I ask, please, just be patient with me and not hound me on other platforms where I just kill time on my commute for the most part. I’m one person who works full time to support a household of two and have limited time— and spoons— to wrangle comments and process pins to make sure no B or C grades slip through the cracks. I’m well aware that I’ve stretched myself far too thin and bit off more than I can chew, I’m doing my best to get things in order.
From here forward I’m probably going to switch to this format of one update that addresses everything crossposted to all three campaigns instead of individually making separate updates to make it less overwhelming. Otherwise, I’m whittling down my inbox, dealing with some lingering ghosts that haven’t left my possession yet, and all around managing my loose ends.

Happy spooky season!
Apologies for the lack of update for September, the start of my semester and work schedule consumed the month before I even noticed. This is an exciting update for me to make, however, as the first packages are headed out this week! It's been a long, long road to get to this point, and I'm grateful to each and every one of you for sticking with me through it. Addresses have been set to lock in 48 hours, so that means packages will be hitting the mailbox on Friday!

- Finally, they want to wash their hands of this years-long ordeal and be done with it, and I sympathize with that. I'm sure that all of you want this to be done and over with as well.
A brief about me:
Hello, you can call me Autumn. I help people manage small businesses, primarily with my education in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, as well as some marketing experience. Now, most of that is irrelevant to shipping things out to you, but it sure helps.
Previously, I've been behind the scenes of a few local businesses, but I've never outright spoken to the customer base.

Project Update: Summer Update - Foxwright
As everyone is more than well aware, the original timeline has long since gone out the window.
Foxwright Apothecary pins are in hand, graded, and on cards. They’re waiting to be packaged up and shipped out. I had hoped to do this earlier in the spring, however, my wife had to have major surgery with an extended hospital stay, on top of my working full time. I am working on getting help with this stage of fulfillment, and hope to see more moving soon.
Pride Potions pins are in hand, but ungraded. Once the prior campaign is more completely out the door, we will be moving onto this step, again, I will be getting help as I am able.
Decadent Orchard is regretfully still in the waiting phase as I am wrangling the other two.

It was never meant to all happen this way, I found myself caught in the perfect storm of everything going wrong from every front all at once and I am, quite frankly, utterly exhausted and trying so hard to put this all behind me. Once these projects are all finished, I will be indefinitely stepping back from projects and scrapping all my concepts/future planning.

If Crow ever manages to update the project, what excuse will they come up with this time as we are close to the two years since that "estimated" August 2024 shipping date (LOL)? Here are the many possibilities: A dramatic medical emergency accompanied by a TMI post They've moved again Totally forgot once more Thought they sent it out, like they've claimed before with making posts but forgot to actually do anything Dog or cat, and/or crow themselves all swallowed the pins Spent ages contemplating actually doing something but somehow never got around to it The stars are just not aligned yet, obviously
