Here you will find but a small sampling of our wares, I'm sure you'll find exactly what you're after. 

All collection pins are rose gold plated hard enamel, with the larger pins measuring at 2" and the mini pins measuring at .8". As always, this collection will be on themed, exclusive backing cards!

This campaign once again features early bird pricing for the first 48 hours, on top of crowdfunding prices that are lower than they will be in my shop. Additionally, all returning backers will receive a free sticker of their choosing!

This project has been a real labor of love, from building this little world to creating the actual pin designs and figuring out how to present them. There were far too many ideas and too little time to make them all happen, but I don't think this campaign will be the last anyone is seeing of the Foxwright Apothecary.  

Funding the full collection will go in stages-- reaching the first funding goal will unlock the bottle of moon water, the second will unlock the sparkling crystal, and so on. If you really want to see the success of the project, and get the full set/more than one pin including a design not yet unlocked, I recommend pledging as if they are already funded-- your pledge can be altered at any time during the campaign and you will receive updates as the project moves forward and nears completion!

Welcome to Pintopia — a celebration of creativity and collaboration from a diverse group of artists collectively running enamel pin crowdfunding projects from March 28th - April 18th.

Freebie Cross-Collaboration Pins — All 125+ Pintopia creators have paired up with a fellow participant to create two unique pin designs together. If BOTH projects reach their initial funding goal, backers who support BOTH will get the TWO [2] cross-collab pins for FREE! One from each creator. The more pairs of Pintopia creators you support, the more free pins you will earn ✨

During the campaign, you can pledge to support the project at any of the open pledge levels! Remember, you will not be charged for just your pledge until the campaign has ended (provided it is successful).

After the campaign has ended, you will receive your surveys from Backerkit to select your chosen designs and calculate shipping costs. Shipping costs are paid upon finalization of surveys, separate from your initial pledge. You will also have the option to choose any additional add-ons during your survey, such as other pins or products!

Shipping costs will be charged AFTER the campaign ends, through your Backerkit survey. US backers can expect to receive their pins within 2-8 business days of ship date, and will not receive a tracking number as they are a hassle to wrangle for every backer in these large projects. International backers will receive a tracking number as international shipping tends to be more uncertain, and can expect to receive the product within 2-8 weeks of ship date.

Designs may be slightly altered during production (if they are, there will be an update) and colors may look slightly different than what you see on your screen, as they are a physical object vs. a digital asset. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask! With many aspects of this type of work often out of my hands, delays are very possible, along with expected on my end at this point, but will not impact the quality of the product you will receive! Shipping time is the most affected by the circumstances, and you will be updated with any significant changes to the timeline.

Hello, hello! I’m Odessa, also known to some as Crow-- the artist, creator, and cryptid behind Key & Crow Studios and this campaign! I am a queer, disabled, and chronically ill creator, coming to you from a strange liminal era in my life due to a string of health issues, pandemic complications, and other events. I’ve been in the pin business for three years now, learning the ins and outs of the process for pin design and production, not to mention running and managing crowdfunding campaigns. I’m thrilled to be participating in Pintopia, since the pin world has become my professional home!

Perfectly Normal Deer was my first foray into wearing the pinmaker hat in March of 2021; the project I cut my teeth on and smoothed out the wrinkles in my process. It included five hard enamel pins, a sticker, and an acrylic charm.

The Tastefully Spooky Collection was my second successful campaign, which ran in September of 2021 to tune of funding all goals in just 48 hours! The collection includes four large hard enamel pins, three mini pins, two stickers, an acrylic charm, washi tape, and a tote bag design, and a small army of custom ghosts. This collection is inspired by the first garden ghost I made; I absolutely fell in love with the whole vibe and wanted to expand upon them, drawing further inspiration from the Art Nouveau style.  

In March of 2022 I launched my third project, Flock, which was my chance to explore more product options and possibilities for the medium of the enamel pin, and I had an amazing time with it. Flock is a large, collector’s sized hard enamel pin paying homage to the painting I’ve more than internalized in my time on this earth. Anton Mauve’s 1894 oil on board, Shepherd and Sheep, housed at the Cincinnati Art Museum has been an ever-present image in my life, a work that I’m almost certain has influenced my personal sense of aesthetic and sensibilities as an artist. I consider Flock to be something of a love letter to my past self, nostalgia, magical overcast skies, and the feeling of exploring an all but deserted art museum for the first time as a child with wide eyes, discovering something that will make its home in your heart for years to come.

Autumn of 2022 saw the Retro Spooky project, inspired by the Halloweens of yore, heavily focusing on retro and vintage spooky ephemera and media, drawing upon our collective nostalgia for this special time of year. Costume photos taken on disposable cameras, Halloween tv specials, the annual excursion to the pumpkin patch, the “iconic” aspects of the season.

Late 2023 was a return to familiar spooks, with the Tastefully Spooky Collection Restock Campaign– Garden Ghost pins continue to be the star of the Key & Crow portfolio. This campaign also introduced the brand new Vampiric Visage pin, which is perhaps one of my favorite designs to date. 

There are also some additional products that will be available as optional add-ons during the surveys after the campaign has ended.

Perfectly Normal Deer pins are rose gold plated hard enamel pins, with striking black and white shiny enamel. Each pin measures 1.25" and comes on a backing card with a rubber clutch. Peryton charms are double-sided, double-board with a glitter epoxy coating on the front side.

Tastefully Spooky Collection pins are gold plated hard enamel pins, with shiny enamel filling and come on an exclusive backing card with gold foil accents and a metal clutch. Each main collection pin measures 25mm, while the mini pins measure at 10mm. Additionally, the moon phases on the Lunar Pumpkin pin glow in the dark. The charms are double-sided, double-board acrylic, measuring 3". Washi tape is somewhat translucent, and will appear slightly different on different color surfaces. Each roll is 25mm wide and 10 meters of repositionable, non-permanent adhesive paper tape.

Flock includes the giant collector’s pin in hard enamel, with gold plating measuring at 3in/76mm wide. Each pin will also feature a backstamp and number. Flock comes on a large backing card, designed specifically for this project, inspired by museum presentation and gallery tags. In addition to the large pin, a set of sheep mini pins is available Each of these wooly little friends is gold plated hard enamel, measuring at .75in/20mm.

The Retro Spooky collection features six pin designs, and all of the pins are 35 mm / 1.25”, hard enamel, and silver plated.
