An update would be in order? Aren't we there only missing a few PDFs now? I find this projects publication process overly confusing. At this point I have no clue, if I got what I should, what I have not received yet etc. My plan was to get all the POD, and then get them ordered in paper, all together. I want to stick to this plan. How much more need finishing?
