The hats have arrived, they look awesome, and we're going to start shipping the orders this week! We are so excited to finally get these bad boys into your hands! Thank you again for your infinite patience and understanding while we sorted everything out.
First, our infinite thanks for your continued patience! If you're still waiting on your order because of the hat, I'm happy to report that we've finally, officially gotten things in motion!
Our manufacturer has started work on the samples for both hats (and sent us the nifty production graphics below) and once the samples are approved the final production will begin! We'll have a more accurate timeline and shipping estimate after that happens.
In the meantime, if you would like the rest of your order (pins, stickers, and/or hoodies) shipped ahead of the hat, we're still more than happy to do that with no additional shipping charges. Just shoot us an email at [email protected] and we'll get it taken care of! You can also always contact us at the same email with any other questions or concerns.
Thank you again for your patience - I'm here with a quick update to let everyone know that we'll be charging cards for shipping and any additional add-on items this Friday! We'll also be locking addresses, so this is your final chance to update that if needed. And then shipping will officially begin next week!

It’s been a while and if you follow me on social media, you might know that amongst all the stressors that the general state of the world is throwing around, my mom passed away not too long ago. As it is for a lot of queer folks, shit was complicated, but even towards the end she always enjoyed hearing about what was going on with my job or my creative projects. Thank you to everyone who has been patient with me as I juggled the approximately ten thousand things I didn’t expect when I first planned for a bunch of things, including this project, and extra love and thank yous to my production hero Carrie for picking up some of the pieces when I didn’t have the capacity for it
The hoodies have arrived at their Aspenhearted studio. I'm happy to report that the hoodies are comfortably lightweight and super soft. They've all been screenprinted byTSM Shop,an amazing local Black-owned business who worked with us on samples and did a beautiful job on getting the multi-ink artwork PERFECT even on the very thinnest lines on the design.
The only piece that is continuing to be tricky is the hats. The last samples I got with an alternate color styling on the brim still weren’t quite what I was looking for, so we’re on the next round with those. To prevent any further delays, we’ll begin shipping out any orders that didn’t include a hat. If you did order a hat and don’t want to wait, please let me know and I’ll personally cover the shipping cost to split your order to get you the rest of your items now with the hat to follow.
Again, thanks to everyone for being patient! I fully expected to have this one done and delivered before our little art collective launched the National Parks Oracle Deck that I helped produce, but the world is unpredictable. Please know that I appreciate every single one of you for your support and can't wait to see you start receiving your rewards!
Can you believe that since I last updated, orcas wearing salmon made a comeback? Just letting y'all know that Carrie sent me the samples of the pins from the manu and they've turned out beautifully. There are two versions with very slightly different choices on the colors to choose between, and I've opted to go with the brighter warmer pink and brighter cooler teal to maximize the contrast.
I'm aiming to nail down and begin production on the apparel in February. Hoodie manu is lined up, although I'm currently waiting on a sample of the hat with a slightly different accent style on the brim. Once everything is fully in production, I'll look to charge shipping, but it'll be a few weeks still. Things, as you can imagine, have been a lot, so I appreciate everyone's patience as this project goes into the final stages.
