First, we want to sincerely thank you for your patience. We know this took longer than expected, and we truly appreciate you sticking with us.

We’ve been navigating some complexity in the human realm regarding unexpected international/fulfillment complications, and we wanted to make sure we handled things thoughtfully and correctly before sending surveys your way. It was important to us to get this right rather than rush it.

Your support, kindness, and patience throughout this process mean so much to us. We’re extremely grateful to have had your support throughout this journey. 💛

The Backer Survey is where you’ll confirm your rewards, add any extra add-ons you’d like, and let us know where everything should be shipped.

Please complete your survey by May 1st, 2026 to ensure your rewards are processed on time. (Late responses may cause delayed shipment of rewards!)

You’ll be able to update your shipping address at any time until we lock addresses. We’ll be sure to notify you before this happens!

If your address changes after addresses have been locked, please reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

To avoid any delays or issues, we recommend double-checking your address before submitting your survey and again before the lock date.

You’ll only be charged if there’s a remaining balance on your order. This includes shipping, taxes, or any add-ons you selected!

You can edit your surveys anytime before the surveys are locked.

Look for an email from BackerKit. This will contain your personal survey link and will be the easiest way to access your survey.

Make sure you’re using the same email you backed with. Using a different email may prevent your survey from showing up.
