I've just received the package containing a bundle of Noops for me to look over and they are looking quite precious! Galaxy Nu was feeling a little shy so she did not make it into the package, but Steven will be sending me photos and videos to look her over and sign off on.
Here is a sneak peak into how this batch has turned out! Please continue reading as I have some important updates for backers in regards to the campaign, and the left overs..
This Batch Production Quirks:
From the units I have received in hand (I was sent 3 of each style), I am predicting this batch of Noops to be unique in the following ways:
They are delicately stuffed. Including Hoshi. Maximum flop and Maximum softness. The perfect ratio!
By now, it should be known that it is always an unpredictable outcome for how heavy handed the stuffing department will be when it comes to putting the fluff into our Noops. The ratio is tricky to describe with English words, as in Mandarin they do not use expressions such as "Just a small amount of stuffing"-- More or less, they just need to know if there's stuffing or not. However, this batch it was seemingly successful with the directive that the plush should have enough filling to support them sitting upright when placed on the palm. Some are boneless, and some have more stability in the necks. But the bounciness and floppiness is at a maximum this time around!
Possible Stumpy & Pointy Ears (Kandi & Spoopy Noopy primarily)
Spoopy Noopy & Kandi have more cat-like ears this time around, in that they are narrow and somewhat pointy. I will have a better idea once they arrive in hand!
Overall, I'm very excited for them to arrive and I have signed off on all of them with a cautionary double check on Spoopy & Kandi to ensure they don't have any major production issues.
They are all extremely soft, too.. Like.. They're always pretty soft but they're extra soft this time around!
Which leads me to the next stage:
Shipping & Address Locking!
Once I post this update, I will be initiating address locking which will send out a notice to all backers that they have 48 hours to make any changes to their shipping address. Please keep an eye out for that email and update accordingly if needed!
Shipping charges will begin processing on/after September 9th. Here are the charts for backers to reference: *Please take note these are estimations, and I may have to make manual shipping rate adjustments depending on your region (primarily within the USA).

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ROGUE BACKERS: Backers who have NOT filled out their surveys by the time I finish fulfillment will have their pledges officially dropped and considered a donation towards the campaign. There are only 5 who have not filled out their survey, and I will attempt one final time to email backers individually to remind them to complete their surveys!
Thank you all for your patience and support and understanding.. I can't wait to get them here!! As a reminder, should you need to reach out to me in regards to your order/pledge, please email me! Email: [email protected]
Steven has let me know that production has finished and he is sending me a small handful of plush to look over and approve. They should arrive to me by Wednesday and, assuming there are no major issues, I’ll be approving them for shipping. If I catch wind of any issues resulting in delays, I will absolutely update you guys here.
At this current moment I am predicting their arrival to me to be around September 28th, or the first week of October.
Shipping Fees:
I have submitted the request for Backerkit to approve shipping fees for this campaign. Once they approve the campaign is ready for it, it will become visible for all backers to see via their backer survey. -Bear with me here, I don’t have a screenshot of the chart ready yet. I will post another update with the chart and the final charge date later this week. For now, let this campaign update be your “heads up” that I’m almost ready to collect those fees! 👏
Fingers crossed that all our Noops have all their fingies and toes so we can get them their floaties and get them on their way to me!
Hello everyone! This is just a short and sweet update to let you guys know that Galaxy Nu & Sweetie Nu have finished sewing stages and have been stuffed with their fluff!
The rest of the boys are still undergoing assembly. We should hopefully have a status update for them by the tail end of the month. Once they're all stuffed and undergo QC, Steven will send a couple of each to me to double check and look over.
This is just a monthly update to let folks know production is still taking place. I have asked Steven if he can get some pictures for everyone but it is not guaranteed. We should have some pictures when production is finished, which should be around mid August.
Big Into Noopy Campaign Launches Tomorrow!
This marks my final crowdfunding campaign for the calendar year and I am hoping to fund all 5 variants! This campaign also includes an exclusive offer for backers to select their desired style, just in case you don’t like blind bags! BACK IT HERE!
I’ll be in touch as soon as I have an update to share!
I am so relieved to share that Galaxy Nu has been signed off on and now all plush are approved for mass production!
I appreciate the patience with me getting her absolutely perfect. There's so many gorgeous fabrics out there and I really wanted to make sure we got her as close to her first production as possible.. This is another reminder though that this material varies greatly from batch to batch. Her final outcome may have splotches of Pink, blue, purple, and possibly a little yellow--as I do believe this fabric does have tiny specks of yellow on it. She is our beautiful Galaxy girl!
We should have a production update hopefully in a month or so. We are still on track for a September fulfillment timeframe!
I may be radio silent for the duration of the month while production takes place.
If you're attending Omgcon in Owensboro KY, be sure to come see me! I will have Noops with me for sale (very limited quantities!)!
My next show after OMGcon is Akaicon in Lebanon, TN!
