I have emailed the last 6 backers who have not filled their surveys out or remedied their payment methods. As a reminder, all unfinished surveys not finished by the time I am finished shipping orders will be deemed abandoned and considered a donation towards the campaign. Backers have had over 6 months to remedy/fill out their surveys.

Hello Noop Troop! I am so excited to share that I am preparing to begin fulfillment of this campaign! Right now I am working on preparing and primping Noops, and should begin full time fulfillment of orders as early as October 12th! You might get tracking as early as this week as I tend to randomly pluck orders to kill time while waiting.
PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL ADDRESS INFORMATION. You will receive shipping confirmation emails and you should be able to overlook address details then. If you see anything off with your address, please reply to the email and I will get you taken care of!
Fulfillment of this campaign should not take me nearly as long, as it was a very linear campaign with not a lot of extra items, but for transparency sake I do have 2 back to back events this month that will consume a lot of my time, so I anticipate fulfillment taking me the duration of the month. I will update if I have any major hurdles in the road.
I've just received the package containing a bundle of Noops for me to look over and they are looking quite precious! Galaxy Nu was feeling a little shy so she did not make it into the package, but Steven will be sending me photos and videos to look her over and sign off on.

This Batch Production Quirks:
From the units I have received in hand (I was sent 3 of each style), I am predicting this batch of Noops to be unique in the following ways:
They are delicately stuffed. Including Hoshi. Maximum flop and Maximum softness. The perfect ratio!
By now, it should be known that it is always an unpredictable outcome for how heavy handed the stuffing department will be when it comes to putting the fluff into our Noops. The ratio is tricky to describe with English words, as in Mandarin they do not use expressions such as "Just a small amount of stuffing"-- More or less, they just need to know if there's stuffing or not. However, this batch it was seemingly successful with the directive that the plush should have enough filling to support them sitting upright when placed on the palm. Some are boneless, and some have more stability in the necks. But the bounciness and floppiness is at a maximum this time around!
Possible Stumpy & Pointy Ears (Kandi & Spoopy Noopy primarily)
Spoopy Noopy & Kandi have more cat-like ears this time around, in that they are narrow and somewhat pointy. I will have a better idea once they arrive in hand!
Overall, I'm very excited for them to arrive and I have signed off on all of them with a cautionary double check on Spoopy & Kandi to ensure they don't have any major production issues.
They are all extremely soft, too.. Like.. They're always pretty soft but they're extra soft this time around!
Which leads me to the next stage:
Shipping & Address Locking!
Once I post this update, I will be initiating address locking which will send out a notice to all backers that they have 48 hours to make any changes to their shipping address. Please keep an eye out for that email and update accordingly if needed!

Production Finished! SHIPPING CHARGES HAPPENING SOON!
Hello Noop Troop!
Steven has let me know that production has finished and he is sending me a small handful of plush to look over and approve. They should arrive to me by Wednesday and, assuming there are no major issues, I’ll be approving them for shipping. If I catch wind of any issues resulting in delays, I will absolutely update you guys here.
At this current moment I am predicting their arrival to me to be around September 28th, or the first week of October.
Shipping Fees:
I have submitted the request for Backerkit to approve shipping fees for this campaign. Once they approve the campaign is ready for it, it will become visible for all backers to see via their backer survey. -Bear with me here, I don’t have a screenshot of the chart ready yet. I will post another update with the chart and the final charge date later this week. For now, let this campaign update be your “heads up” that I’m almost ready to collect those fees! 👏
Fingers crossed that all our Noops have all their fingies and toes so we can get them their floaties and get them on their way to me!
Hello everyone! This is just a short and sweet update to let you guys know that Galaxy Nu & Sweetie Nu have finished sewing stages and have been stuffed with their fluff!
The rest of the boys are still undergoing assembly. We should hopefully have a status update for them by the tail end of the month. Once they're all stuffed and undergo QC, Steven will send a couple of each to me to double check and look over.

🔔 Second: Backers with failed payments from the main campaign have been dropped. Your pledges have been marked cancelled. You will need to wait until our left overs drop to obtain any of the Noops from this campaign. Normally, I would be willing to make accommodations and help backers with arranging alternative payment methods, but due to the volume of orders and the agenda I’ve got going on this year, I do not have the bandwidth to do so for this campaign. 😅
🚨 With the exception of Pay over time backers: • PLEASE read this next part if your initial payment failed (and you’ve still not made at least one payment on your balance): THESE ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED FROM MY END!! If you are needing assistance with your POT arrangement you will need to contact Backerkit support. I have discovered through a friend that even if your initial payment fails to charge, Stripe will still continue to attempt to charge your monthly payment until it’s paid. At the time of this post I do not know of any way to cancel it from my end. This is only my second time enabling POT for campaigns and my fist encounter for needing to cancel a POT charge (the customer requested an alternative payment option), so I apologize if this is confusing. I was under the (now confirmed false) impression that if I marked a pledge as cancelled or “refunded” the payment that it would stop the automatic charge. This is not the case. It will continue to try to charge as this was technically a commitment to purchase due to the payment terms with pay over time. This hasn’t shown to be a huge issue, so I do not think I need to worry about it too much but should this become an issue down the road, I will no longer be able to enable POT for future campaigns. - Continuing on!
We have a good majority of backers who have filled out their surveys! Thank you for this as it greatly helps me with keeping things moving along. If you have not filled out your survey please do so!
Shipping fees will be charged closer to fulfillment. At this time, do not worry about that charge and once we are closer to that time I’ll update backers and post the shipping fees!
Payment methods for last minute add-ons will be processed today. Failed payment methods will have 7 days to fix them. Failed payments after that time will have their add ons removed so I can close your survey. Scenario Example: • You pledged for 1 Noopy plush and your initial campaign pledge was successful. • You received your survey and filled it out, and decided you wanted to add +1 Noopy plush. Your balance due is $26. • I process the charge for the additional Noopy and your card declined. You will have seven days to remedy that. • After 7 days I attempt the charge again, and it fails. I will remove that additional Noopy, and you will only receive the one (or any item) you paid for.
I hope this helps clarify the scenario for backers who may be confused.
You will know if your payment method failed because you’ll be emailed by Backerkit. If you fixed your payment method after receiving the email, please just email me and I can to process your payment again sooner.
