Greetings Doomsters – Happy Fulfillment Month!

We're dropping in for a quick update regarding fulfillment of Hastening Doom and all of the associated rewards to fill out your dungeoneering libraries.

All digital rewards have been sent out to all backers that completed their surveys prior to the close date. If you haven't already done so, you can claim your rewards by logging into your Kobold Store account using the email you provided us with during your BackerKit survey.

Once you're logged in, navigate to your Coupons page and click your coupon codes to add the associated rewards to your cart. Finally, once you've checked them out, you'll be able to download them from your Downloads page!

Completed your survey and not seeing your coupons? Reach out to us via our support site, support.koboldpress.com and we'll take care of it!

All physical rewards will begin shipping starting the week of June 8. Backers who have completed their surveys prior to the close date will receive shipping notifications and tracking details as soon as their orders are packed and ship out.

If you completed your survey and don't receive a shipping notice by June 12, feel free to reach out to us at support.koboldpress.com and we can look into any potential issues.

The Hastening Doom BackerKit is currently closed for late backers and pledge completion to allow our fulfillment team a chance to complete the first round of fulfillment.

If you didn't complete your BackerKit survey before the deadline, fear not! We will be reopening the BackerKit pledge manager the week of June 15 to give backers a second opportunity to complete your surveys, provide your shipping details, and settle up outstanding shipping costs.

We will post an update as soon as the pledge manager reopens, and provide a timeline to when we'll close it for the next round of fulfillment.
