I finally got to do a photo shoot with all the finished prototypes! I was trying to wait for better weather, but it has just kept getting hotter, so I went outside to bake for a bit unfortunately. These aren't super exciting on their own, but I know there are folks who've been wanting to see them from other angles and in less artificial lighting.

Reserve backers will get a Bantam Burial plush of their choice included with their rewards as long as they have a shipped non-flat reward! That means if you reserve but don't back, or if you back at only the tip level or only for a sticker, you will not receive one. It is $8 to reserve, but if you get a Bantam Burial by itself through the campaign it is $15, or $18 regular retail. Reserves can be put toward promoting the campaign or making prototypes before production for things I might not otherwise get to (such as the pins,) so they're a big help. The reserve option will disappear at launch!

The prototype for Roger is not weighted, something that will have to be corrected in manufacturing. His wings will hang more and his legs will be easier to balance over a shelf than they currently are.

Persephone's arms are not weighted in the prototype, so they will hang more come manufacturing time, and that will make a much better counterweight to her immense backside.

By the time I got to Switchblade I was feeling way too warm. I didn't have enough photos turn out well for him because my shakes were acting up from the heat stress. I did his photos with Anthrax, one of the Fangy Friends bats, in the shade. Did you know we're launching alongside Fangy Friends 2? I will probably re-photograph these guys when my marigold beds bloom and when we're in fall colors for spooky season, but since the campaign is launching in early September I couldn't wait for that unfortunately.
