It's quiet...but things are happening.
Hello, Wombateers!
It's sounded pretty quiet here for the last couple of weeks, but we haven't just been lying on the couch eating bonbons while bingeing xianxia dramas and hand-drawn animation. (Although that sounds pretty good, actually.)
All orders without Mindspace pins, pin boards, or patches have shipped. (I did have to re-ship a package to Florida because one Florida post office decided their quarter-inch can be different than the rest of the country's postal measurement and sent it back. My local post office was confused, too. It's en route again.)
Pins are in production. We got slowed down a little because the factory took took too many manufacturing orders and was overwhelmed, so to avoid a large delay we switched factories and took a small delay. We expect to see the pins soon.
Pin boards and patches should go out in the next couple of weeks, but of course if your order contains pins, most orders will ship as one package rather than as individual items.
If you have any questions in the meantime, let us know!

Surveys are out! And they come bearing surprises.

We're still working!
Hi, friends! I just wanted to post and update and assure you that we haven't forgotten you. Surveys are ready and waiting to go out, just as soon as we get a bug fixed. (I'm very, very good at finding outlying weird bugs no one else does. I found one for Backerkit during the campaign XD and now for the surveys. It's a skill, if an annoying one. Anyway, this particular bug was occasionally double- and even triple-charging for shipping, so we definitely want to get that fixed before surveys.)
The developers are working on it, and the moment things start testing successfully, we'll send surveys for backer rewards.
In the meantime, if you have not boosted the bonus designs and you want to unlock them now, you can do that here!

Unlock the Final Designs!
Okay, we have opened the bonus mini-campaigns for the remaining pin designs, ahead of surveys (so we're sure to have time to order them with the rest).

Backer rewards ordering (selecting your pins, adding more stickers, etc.) will open in two weeks, as soon as payments clear. :)

The final countdown!
We're in the last 24 hours!
As a reminder, pin sets are for your choice of unlocked pin designs, so if you pledged for 8 pins and if we have unlocked 4 designs, you can build a set of 2 each, or 7 and 1, or whatever combo you like, but the choices will be from the unlocked designs. All 8 designs are available in sticker format!
For those interested in patches, those will be available in surveys after the campaign. We were comparing production options and were unable to verify quality before closing, but we should be ready soon.
