Hi, friends! I just wanted to post and update and assure you that we haven't forgotten you. Surveys are ready and waiting to go out, just as soon as we get a bug fixed. (I'm very, very good at finding outlying weird bugs no one else does. I found one for Backerkit during the campaign XD and now for the surveys. It's a skill, if an annoying one. Anyway, this particular bug was occasionally double- and even triple-charging for shipping, so we definitely want to get that fixed before surveys.)

The developers are working on it, and the moment things start testing successfully, we'll send surveys for backer rewards.
