With the majority of the final pin counts in now though, pin production will officially begin this week :) Woohoo!! Stickers have been ordered as well, and most of those will probably be in by the end of this month. And the sticker BOOKS have finished production already and are on their way to me in the mail right now!

I'm still finalizing the art files on the Freebie Backer Train pin, as well as the new design from a custom pledge tier backer (to be shown and released soon). 👀 And speaking of, we have a final winner from the polls for our freebie pin! Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the Shroomie Train pin to the fungi family :D

As a friendly reminder, ALL backers will be getting x1 of this pin included for FREE with your order. You don't have to do anything to receive it, and you should've already seen it included in your cart during the survey :)

Finally, I'm honored to make a special announcement of yet ANOTHER new pin that's been an incredibly fun super-secret project up until now 👀 Right after Pintopia ended, the amazing team behind BackerKit commissioned me to design an exclusive pin that also commemorates their backer train feature! But get this: my pin is going to be the first of MANY collectible train pins to come! Over time, you'll be able to collect more attachable train car pins from BackerKit, and link them all up to make your own endless train pin!! 🤩 How brilliantly awesome is that?!

BackerKit is going to be handling the production and distribution of this pin, so at the moment, I can't say for sure how / when you'll be able to obtain it. But keep an eye out for this commemorative new design, exclusively from BackerKit! I personally can't wait to see all of the other train car pins that they'll produce over time; this is going to be such a fun and unique collectible :D

Soooo, I understand that picking a design for the free backer-train pin has been one of the toughest choices yet! I just want to say again how much I've enjoyed sketching out all of your guys' ideas, and I've been really torn myself on which pin concept to move forward with. 😅 You all have some of the BEST ideas, and I eventually want to just make all of them haha. Speaking of polls, thanks to everyone who voted on the Wizard Shroomie sticker poll, our sticker sheet is now updated to feature the BLUE Wizard Shroomie! I hope this is a fun treat for everyone who wanted to see this colorway come to life. Think of it like this little fungi used its mushie magic to shift colors between pin and sticker form! 😆

You should now see this updated sticker sheet art in the reward surveys and pre-order store, so rest assured, if you purchased this add-on, it will be the new version :)👍

I've got all the 26+ Shroomie pin files prepped for manufacturing, and my factory partner is ready to go! The only pins that are left to finalize are the freebie backer pin and the custom pledge tier pin that an awesome backer ordered. Once more of the surveys are complete and I can get a more final count of how many of each design I need to order, the pin manufacturing will begin :) So excited to start bringing our new fungi friends to life!

I wanted to give everyone's email inboxes a little bit of a breather before I updated again, since I know most of our inboxes have been filling up with all kinds of Backerkit emails since Pintopia ended. I'll still keep the necessary info nice and brief though. But FIRST, and as promised, here are the designs options for our free commemorative backer train Shroomie pin!

That was such a ridiculously fun train ride together on Thursday, and what an incredible way to finish Pintopia! Just under 3 hours of overtime mode with a 30-person backer train?! I knew I had to do something fun to commemorate the event. Which is why I wanted to put together a silly new "backer train" Shroomie pin—and your guys' ideas have been SO FUN to sketch out! I've already been having an absolute blast throughout this entire project, and to have ended it on such a high note with so many of you was a tremendous honor I'll never forget :') Thank you again!!

I will say, a similar Shroomie train pin design is also in the works for a super-secret project 👀 So as much as I love the thematics of having a train pin to commemorate our backer train, I'd be just as happy to go with any of these other designs for our freebie pin! Hopefully I can share more about the secret project soon.

Thanks to your feedback and vote, we now have a finalized and updated color scheme for the "Yer A Wizard Shroomie" pin! Thank you so much for your help with this, and I'm thrilled that more people can enjoy this design now with the new, more magical color palette :)

This begs the question though, since the blue/purple color scheme was such a close second ... Should I put the blue Wizard Shroomie on the sticker sheet? Or would you prefer the enamel pin and sticker to match? Let me know your vote here!

WOW! The backer train has officially pulled into the station and made its final stop 🚂🎉 Take a look at what YOU GUYS accomplished with 3 HOURS of overtime mode!!

I think we ended with 29 people on the backer train?! I unfortunately didn't get a screen shot of the last one, but just know that every individual icon in that backer conga line has brought me SO much gratitude and joy!! 😄🙌 I can't begin to express my full thanks to all 240 of you who have brought this project to life WELL beyond my expectations. Just know that I'll be sketching our commemorative backer train freebie pin AS SOON as my hands stop shaking from all this excitement! 😂

I'm not entirely settled on it, so I've been playing around with other color options, and now I'd like your vote on which you think is best! The winning result from the community poll below will be the color that goes to manufacturing :) I will also update the sticker sheet to correspond with the final pin.

Unbelievable how far we've come, friends! There's only ~3 days left now of Pintopia, and I still can't thank each of you enough for funding this project and bringing it to life well beyond my expectations :') You're truly the best fellow fungi fanatics around 💪🍄 And with this update, I have two brand new, SUPER shiny additions to thank you guys with!
First up:

This delightfully fun "Certified Mushroom Collector" sticker is my super shiny, super official ✨badge of recognition✨ to all of you kindred spirits who love fungi as much as I do! Its waterproof, holographic vinyl, and FREE / automatically included to all backers who have pledged for 3 or more pins. (The 2-pin "Lead the Way" set counts as 2 pins. So if you got those and at least 1 other pin, you qualify for this new sticker freebie.) The sticker will be automatically added to your cart during the final checkout in the post-campaign survey, so as long as you have 3 or more pins in your pledge, then you're good to go! :D 

👉 To add any pin designs to your pledge:
- Click "Manage your pledge »" at the top of the page of this campaign
- Click "Edit your pledge"

Hey fellow fungi fanatics! It's a complete understatement to say that I've been having SO much fun spontaneously designing new Shroomies for this campaign since the launch. I appreciate your votes and comments tremendously, as they've helped shape my sketches and color choices :)

As for the new Artist Shroomie from the last poll, the peach-colored paint kept the lead, but the black paint wasn't too far behind. So I decided to combine the two and mix both paint splatter colors on the canvas! Hope this is a fun balance that everyone can enjoy 🤩

But that's not all! I mentioned before that I'd be sketching your other top picks from the polls, and now I'm thrilled to show you guys the next crowd-favorites in official pin form 👀:
