Hey everyone! Just a quick update, I think I have every email replied to for PREHISTORIC PALS only.
If you need the email it is [email protected]. I will not be replying to inquiries via the comments, as I do not get notified of comments or responses and it is easy for me to lose where I was and have to sort through everything. The email is easier, and keeps better records for both parties.
If you have not gotten an email back please send a follow up!! And I will get to it by monday night. All of the order fixes are being packed today/tomorrow and will be shipped out by wednesday to give an extra day or two for any email I may have missed.
I am aiming to make sure EVERYTHING for this campaign is finished and done by this friday. When I leave july 25th for vacation, I will not be replying to anything for about a week. Then august 3rd I will begin in full swing everything for paranormal pals! As well as place the bulk order for pride pals.
Pride pals is the last pocket pal campaign that will be run until i get EVERYTHING sent out, updated and sorted out. This does not include however the week long campaign about to be run for soup the dragon, it is going to be a very small campaign with just soup, and his friend porridge. They are not part of the pocket pal friends, and I only need to reach around 80-90 backers to fund him. SO it will be a super small, stress free fun campaign that will NOT interfere with any pocket pal stuff.
I appreciate all the patience and support, this has been way more stress and way larger than I ever expected it to be. I never thought it would take this long to get everything fixed and sorted out. Nor did i think this would have so many issues arrise.

Hey, so sorry for the silence! Was away for a work event in Pa!
But, soon as I got back I worked my way through finally getting all of the initial orders sent out! This includes all international and local orders. Your tracking should update by tomorrow!

Now, moving onto the other important update regarding any and all order fixes. And custom pal refunds.
-the refunds were stuck on processing for some reason, they were canceled and lastnight I redid them! The refund should be in your account within 1-2 business days!
-order fixes -I will be replying to emails tonight/tokorrow! The plan is to get all labels printed out tonight/tomorrow for any and all order fixes.
-if you have not received an email back by Saturday please send a follow up one! I am doing my best to make sure I get to every email but there are a lot, and it can get confusing and overwhelming.
-I am very happy to say though that I don’t think there will be any errors on orders anymore. The new system of packing orders has worked wonderfully on this last batch, and I will be continuing to follow it for all future campaigns. The next campaign being sent out are the paranormal pals, which I’ve already begun doing. And will have about the first 1/3 of them sent out by the end of next week!

I just finished buying almost every label lastnight, had to not get the remaining ones because my card has a limit each day haha.
But I will get these ones packed this week, and the remaining 28 out next week!!
I am also checking all emails tomorrow night as well so if you haven’t gotten a response you will get one tomorrow night!! This includes any order fixes or label reprints.
I am super appreciative of the patience everyone has shown, and I am looking forward to finally having all of these orders sent out and finishing the paranormal pal orders as well! (Which almost 100 of have already been sent out!!)
It’s much more streamlined now and haven’t had any issues with orders since the new process has begun! Which I am very happy about. In future campaigns I will be looking at adding a final tier to fund the ability to hire someone and train them to properly handle all the order packing.
Also please don’t forget about pride pals currently going on! This is going to be the last campaign until I get everything sent out to everyone and any issues corrected!!
Oh my goodness everyone, the apricot replacements have finally arrived!! Now, what does this mean??
It means within the next two weeks every single order left without a tracking number will be sent out and should also be received!!
I am so super appreciative of everyone who has been so patient with this issue with these plushies. I am going to be working as fast as I can in the evenings to get everything sent out!!
I will be working on printing labels in sets of 20 to make sure they are all accounted for and not misplaced for these orders. Since a majority of them contain 20 plus items.
Also for customs being refunded, everyone should have their refund by the end of the week as they were all finally processed today and will take 1-3 business days it says to be returned to accounts.

While I am so happy with how big this campaign was it was also extremely overwhelming in the amount of orders and design and has taught me a lot. Moving forward no campaign will have this many designs again. As well as I am planning to hire part time help, and train them as well, for campaign fulfillment in all future ones so that campaigns can be filled faster and more accurately.
