So, you may be wondering who exactly soup is right? Well that’s easy to answer!
He’s just a silly little dragon who is there to help on hard days by giving you all the hugs and snuggles! And make the good days better with his silly expression and adventurous nature!

This campaign is just a week long, just simply to help get the funding to bring this silly little guy to life! So he can bring joy to lots of people, and can be more than just an idea and a sample!
Soup is made from very soft minky, if you have backed pocket pals in the past then I do need to mention this is not the same stretchy fabric as those! But instead normal minky, just as soft and high quality but not stretchy!
He’s been on a few adventures with me already, from the woods, to an amusement park! Even swimming! (Yes. Soup can float in the water, so can Porridge!)
On top of getting this absolutely adorable dragon, each soup also comes with a pickle plush, a little joke from the pocket pal community that’s that soup loves pickles. And will raid your fridge. So each plush will come with his own pickle, to keep your fridge safe from him!
If you want more you can order extra pickles!
Not only is he soft and weighted, but he is also super floppy too! I have never been a fan of those stuffies that are stuffed so stiff, soup is floppy and lightly stuffed! If you prefer to have him stuffed more and not floppy, feel free to add more to him upon receiving him!
There is a limit set for this campaign as well, which I know may not be everyone’s favorite thing. But I’d like to explain why there is a limit so it is understood!!
I am a single person packing orders, and with two other campaigns that will also be fulfilled during the time that soup is being fulfilled, it is much easier for me to have fewer orders to fulfill along side these other two campaigns. (One of which should be already fully fulfilled by the time I would begin soup!)
However this does not mean that soup is exclusive to the campaign, neither will porridge! Once all orders are fulfilled, the extra soups will be available via my website for anyone to get! I want to be able to make smaller little guys that are totally seperate from pocket pals, and limiting backers is the way I’ll be able to still create them, without overwhelming myself.
I have learned a lot from the catastrophe that packing prehistoric pals was, so many orders at once is a lot for a single person to do. And my lessons from that have been harsh, but I am hoping to be able to burn through orders from now on with a new system and less designs per campaign! I really hope you’ll consider supporting soup though! He is such a fun little guy but I want to be very transparent with everything for this campaign!

Now, other than soup there is a 2nd friend that can be made! But only if we somehow surpass the first goal, which is $5,000 for soup! However if we hit $5,000 I will make his cousin available!

Porridge is just as weighted and floppy as soup is! But, he is from the far north and has evolved to have a soft fluffy coat of fur! Instead of the sleek smooth short coat of soup!
Porridge is an enjoyer of snowy nights and cozy flannels! But is just as much of an adventure lover as soup is!
For shipping for this campaign, it is a very easy flat price for those in the US!

However for those outside of the US, shipping varies drastically and I do appologize for the cost. I will be attempting to ship international orders outside of backerkit, to try to lower the cost for everyone. But you’ll still receive tracking via backerkit. This will be a test for future pocket pal campaigns!

Timeline!!
This campaign should be quick and easy to do since all samples for it are already finished!!
The current timeline is that the campaign ends August 10th, surveys and such should be finalized and shipping collected by the end of August. The bulk order will take roughly the full month of September to create, and roughly a month to arrive to me! So fulfillment will begin in the end of November and will be done within two weeks of the bulk order arriving. Below is a more precise wording!

There aren’t any fancy ads or images for this campaign. Soup is just a fun simple little guy. So I’m sorry if I disappoint without the flashy graphics I usually make for pocket pal campaigns!
I want to say thank you to anyone who does support this campaign. I understand some may be wary due to the issues that arose during prehistoric pals, and the delay in samples for paranormal pals.
But pride pals, and soup, as well as all future campaigns will not have these delays. I am working as hard as I can to be able to prevent any issues with shipping or samples from now on. I am hoping to be able to fix the possible distrust from issues in the prehistoric campaign. And hoping to be able to continue with amazing little guys being brought to life and continue to grow this community.
