Hello all!!

Been a bit preoccupied trying to fix issues with backerkit postage in paranormal pals, finally got it sorted. And I am spending Tuesday(Oct. 20th) fixing any orders that have too high of shipping cost. But please note, shipping prices through backerkit are weight based, so when the packages weigh the same but are different sizes, I.E. big and small soup. The pricing will still be similar as small soup only weights about .2-.4 pounds less than large soup. As small soup is completely filled with the weighted pellets, similar to pocket pals.

Now, I will be inputing every single address that seems incorrect, and will be getting a shipping cost via USPS, which is what backerkit uses. So that I can give credit to the amount excess when it comes to shipping cost. So, you will still see the shipping cost being the same. 

But since you will receive a credit on your account, it will only charge whatever amount is left after the credit.

for example...
 
You owe $23.65 shipping.

I search your address, shipping is actually only $19.15

I give a credit of $3.50

and you get charged the remaining $19.15, instead of the full amount listed.

If you beleive your shipping is incorrect, feel free to leave a comment!! And I will reply once it is fixed!!
