Hi Snug-Alongs fam!

There's only two quick updates for you today!

The final batch of backpacks is being packed up! There's only a couple hundred left, and I know it is a long wait for you folks in the final batch, but luckily, we are still way ahead of schedule, and you will have your backpack soon! You will be emailed a tracking number. Please give us a lot of patience and kindness as we have been working as fast as possible and we are a VERY small team.

Any problems with your orders can be emailed to [email protected] (we will be taking back over customer service as WhiteSquirrel is almost finished fulfillment).

And secondly,

That's right, we have had SO MANY emails, comments, DMs and discords and now FINALLY everyone who missed out will be able to get a backpack!! Numbers are very very limited for some characters, so if they sell out, I do apologize for that! I can't predict how fast they will sell once the floodgates open, so if you really have your heart set on a backpack, do not wait as we will not be restocking some characters.

After much feedback, Snug-Alongs care instructions have been updated! Backerkit orders will all get the old version, so check this new version which includes details about your backpack arriving empty and that you must put items inside to make it look full and sit up! The body was left fully unstuffed for more room for your treasures 🧡

Please also note the inner lining is made of a STRONG fabric meant to withstand being used as a backpack and is not intended to be soft inside. 

One other note, our backpacks are handcrafted with care, so please expect each item to have unique, small imperfections that add to its charm. If you're looking for a 100% flawless product, please be aware that each item may have minor variations. These items are made one by one, and each one will be different in some small way.

However, if you encounter any significant defects such as embroidery errors, sewing issues, or seams that come apart during transit, we offer exchanges to address these concerns. For assistance, please reach out to us with kindness at [email protected], and we’ll be more than happy to help. 

Please remember that we are a very small team of humans with feelings, and it is not necessary to yell at us or express your disappointment harshly if an item arrives damaged or defected -- we already know it's disappointing! If there is a problem, we will help you, but abusive, overly harsh, or threatening language is never necessary and will not be tolerated by our team.

Thank you so much for all the adorable photos and wonderful feedback we've gotten from almost everyone so far. I am so so so so so happy the backpacks are getting love and already proving useful in stressful social situations. I designed them to be a comfort, but also to be useful with a big pocket, and the feedback that they have been working on both levels for so many people has me over the moon. 1) Post your favorite Snug-Alongs photos you took to the Snug-Alongs Backerkit Community or any social media where you can @ us (Instagram Stories will not count as they vanish after 24 hours)

2) Use the tag #SnugAlongsLove and @ us to be formally entered!

3) You can enter as many times as you like over the course the contest!

4) Please make sure your Snug-Alongs has been properly fluffed and brushed for their entry photo -- photos will be judged on creativity and how cute or cool you make your Snug-Alongs look!
