I don’t know what I’m doing wrong 😭 but I’ve typed my card info in so many times and double checked that it is correct, but it keeps sending me and worry code saying my card info is wrong and to contact my bank. I called and they said there has been no charges that have tried to go though. I’ve paid for the product itself with the same card, and now that I’m trying to pay for shipping it won’t work :(

If you confirm your order it locks your survey, that is you locking your choices in when you hit that green button at the end of it. You don't have to do it until right before the period closes on 4/30 if you need more time. If you made a mistake and need it unlocked please reach out to Backerkit but do not feel like you need to fill it out before you're ready during the survey time. It won't make it ship faster, there's no prize for being first. Take you time and make the choices you mean to.

Hello all! I was wondering how I may be able to edit or cancel my order for the locked survey. I had only recently seen the Round 4 batch of prototypes, including Sesame Griffin, and when I went to edit my survey, I noticed it was locked with me being unaware of the lock date. Basically, I had wanted to wait until all the prototypes had been released before making my final decision since I know the concept art doesn't always match the final project (which is absolutely fine and I love to see the process!) and had thus chosen Plum Possum as a placeholder until I could go back again and select another option if I saw fit. I was somewhat indecisive as I thought Plum Possum was really cute, but wanted to see Sesame Griffin's prototype finished and from different angles before choosing them. By the time I'd felt sure I wanted to get Sesame Griffin and went to manage my pledge and edit my survey, it was locked :(. Then, the other day on an a SunnyCritters Instagram post regarding the newest prototypes, I'd seen someone say they were able to reach out to BackerKit directly to change their order after the survey was locked, which gave me some hope, yet this is the second campaign I've backed and am still relatively new to this kind of thing. I wanted to make a post to see if someone in the community could help me either edit the survey or cancel my current order of Plum Possum so that I might get Sesame Griffin from the pre-order store instead (though, my card has already been charged). I may end up reaching out to BackerKit myself, but I wanted to see if I could get guidance here first and know there's probably a limited window of time to make any change happen. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know!! It's caused me a fair amount of stress since I've previously not had issues with BackerKit and have waited to create this discussion post to see if I could figure it out myself first (and haven't had any luck so far) and would rather not be charged for something I don't want anymore. Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!! :)

Will items on the heads of the plushies be removable (such as the possum babies)? This sort of thing really effects my decision on which one to get.

Hi all just a reminder for people who might feel the need to critique the prototypes or announce disappointment they don't look like how you imagined the art translating to the plush here on Backerkit. Please DON'T do that here. This is not a debate space. Sunny's manufacturer is following the art as close as possible. Colors are never going to match exactly but there is an attempt to get them as close as possible. The differences you see can in some cases be down to lighting or monitor settings too. But Sunny is going to be matching things as close as humanly possible in this process. There is no point nitpicking them or asking for changes at this point as many others have already chosen then because of how they look now. Again this is not a debate space. Crowdfunding campaigns can sometimes allow critique but even the ones that do wouldn't take it once we're this far in the process. Trust Sunny's judgement, Sunny does not make subpar quality plushies you can see everything made in the past on the Littlesofts shop website. Sunny has many years of experience with this. These early prototype shots are not taken by Sunny is another thing to remember. All these ones in the white space? Those are the makers doing them and often quickly, you will see a big difference in picture quality when Sunny gets them in hand to take proper shots in natural light settings and pose them professionally. There was no need to rush completing your survey as we have over a month still left but if you are completely unhappy you can contact Backerkit support. Thank you.

I don't want to be rude when I say this, so understand this post comes from a place of love. I've noticed more than a few people complaining about having locked in their surveys, only to be unhappy with how the prototype of their chosen Snug-Along looks. I understand the concern and panic of thinking you've made the 'wrong' choice, however... Sunny has given multiple warnings NOT to lock in your surveys until you are 100% positive about which reward you want, and has made it clear that we all have until April 30th to make our decisions. They've also said that in the event you should want to change your reward, you should contact Backerkit directly. I have no problem with people changing their minds about which plush they want, heck, I've cycled through wanting pretty much ALL of them in the last month. Hence, even though I'm more than 95% positive I'm going to want Charmy and Sesame, I'm not going to take my survey until I've seen ALL the finished prototypes. What upsets me is people being mean to Sunny and the Snuggie babies! Saying they regret their choice, and that they don't look as cute as the sketch, and so on. You can't go 'wrong' with ANY of these sweet babies! You could give me my least favorite (Peanut), and I'd still love and cherish him. Understand, Sunny reads these comments, and although you cant hurt the Snug-alongs feelings, you can hurt Sunnys. Please be gentle when changing your mind and asking for help. Being a part of a project like this is a privilege. We're not customers... we're backers!

Hey there! I was hoping to up my pledge to a 2x before the campaign closed but I didn't make it home before the campaign ended (filled with regret!!!!) I was just wondering if there was any option that I'm missing to upgrade the pledge level on the survey, or if add-ons are the only way now? Some campaigns I have backed in the past had a screen toward the start for changing pledge level so I just thought I would ask before resigning myself to spending and extra $20 for the second backpack 😅 Looking forward to these cuties, regardless! <3
