I've been busy drawing away so have a few design sneak peeks to share with you all but first decisions need to be made..
So I've got a few options for merch, I'm staying fairly safe for the initial items and going with products I've made lots of before, so it'll be either wooden mini pins or hanging decorations to start with. The choice is yours by voting in the poll attached to this update! My reasoning for this is the turn around on this project is quite short and I want to focus my time on designing lots of your great insect suggestions rather than researching suppliers etc.
With that in mind here's a quick look at some of the designs I've been working on, some of you will recognise your suggestions but don't worry if you don't see yours yet, I've got lots of them on my to do list!
Whichever merch you pick in the poll below, I'll be adding spot gloss detail to the wings in the designs which have them, to give a special lifelike shiny finish. The product that comes in second in the vote will be added as a stretch goal, along with possibly a special holographic sticker sheet and maybe a notebook too?!
