Project Update: The Lone Shark Puzzle Party pledge manager is closed
We're excited to say that our books are pretty close to arriving in America. So, today we closed the pledge managers for both The Hunting of the Shark's Kickstarter campaign and the Lone Shark Puzzle Party campaign here on BackerKit. That means the following:
- We can no longer accept changes in pledge amounts, add-ons, or shipping/taxes.
- Our team can no longer accept changes in address. However, before the physical books are shipped, you will get an email from our fulfillment company Quartermaster asking if your address is correct. They will be able to change your address at that time. But we can't.
- PDFs and e-files for not yet in the BackerKit pledge manager. We are still getting them ready in the system and will let you know when we have gotten them live. Note that The Hunting of the Shark, the Puzzlevania Map, and Chums will be released later than the rest.
- If you are one of the approximately 10 people who hasn't completed your BackerKit pledge, you need to go to our Talk to Us page, pull down to "I have a question about a crowdfunding campaign," and (if needed) arrange for payment through a direct charge right away. We cannot guarantee your pledge will go out if you don't get us this information.
We don't know exactly when the books will ship. They have not yet arrived in the United States, but they are not far away. Our fulfiller has told us there are a lot of campaigns ahead of ours, so it won't be in September, it might be in October, and it could even be in November. But regardless of when the window opens, our job is to get our fulfiller everything that they need as soon as we can. So, that's why we've locked everything. We appreciate your patience while we get all this underway.
