Hello everybunny!

Sorry for missing the September check-in. These past few months have been rough. Feel free to skip this next portion, as it's just an explainer of where I've been! As some of you may know, my husband works with wildland fires and prescribed burns, and fire season has just started to kick off here in Tennessee. On top of that, he just started an EMT training program which has him away from home until 9:30pm two days of the week... as well as requiring him to take 24 hour clinicals to work towards his certifications. So not only am I trying to run a full time small business, but I'm also solely in charge of the house and childcare right now. Needless to say, I'm in straight up survival mode right now, running off of fumes and Monster Energy. (Bad Apple is my favorite.)

BUT that doesn't mean I've just been sittin' at home twiddling my thumbs. I've shipped off a large portion of international orders already. As of now, I have 89 orders remaining, and then we are officially done with this nightmare of a project! Unfortunately, international orders take a bit longer to ship due to customs! For domestic orders, I can group by weight and buy labels in bulk. International orders require a bit more care to ensure there are no road bumps. I've been getting about 20 or so out a week. If I can manage it, I might hire on some help to fill out shipping labels and speed up the process.

MEXICO & BRAZIL SHIPPING:

Due to new shipping regulations in Mexico and Brazil, international packages require the recipient's tax ID. I've sent e-mails out, but if you haven't received one, please e-mail me your Tax ID as soon as you can so I can move your packages along! 

EU/UK SHIPPING:

Of the remaining orders, approximately 50 are in the EU/UK! Due to the shipping restrictions for these areas, I've been in talk with a few fulfillment centers to handle the remaining orders so that there are no delays or issues with customs. I'm currently gathering quotes, but if y'all know of any trusted fulfillment centers out there, please do recommend them in the comments! I've had some backers also choose to order through a package forwarding service to get their parcels sooner, so if this is an option you'd like to take, feel free to e-mail me.

BACKER EXCLUSIVE DROP:

I mentioned this back in August, and I still plan on doing an exclusive drop for backers. Life kinda just got out of control. Right now, our garage is overflowing with boxes, so I'm just trying to find the floor again before I'm able to put this out!  I've reserved a portion of boxes specifically for backers. The date and time for that will be posted here for everybunny! It'll be a password-protected page on my site, so backers get first dibs on Hurtsies.

We're in the final stretch, and I am so so ready for this project to be over with. It sounds so dumb, but I've been in therapy for this incident for a while now, and now that the end is in sight, I feel like I can start to heal again. Thank you all for putting your trust in me.
