Hopefully your email inbox is calming down now that the initial rush of Pintopia emails is done. I wanted to wait a bit to send out this email so that surveys would be ready to go (so I don't have to send out a million emails). And here we finally are!
So, thanks to everyone's support, the project funded fully, including ALL stretch goals! This means that your surveys will have all 11 pins available to choose from, and stickers will have a total of 13 designs available. I honestly did not expect to see so much support for my tiny dragons, and I'm very grateful to everyone's support and extremely excited to get started on manufacturing the pins!
What happens next?
In the next couple of days, you'll receive your survey link. Surveys will remain open until May 15th, so that I can have finalized item counts for manufacturing. Don't worry, there will be plenty of reminders, and I'll be happy to assist anyone with any issues you might encounter with your surveys. Shipping will also be charged through the survey.
Your shipping charges and any additional purchases will be charged on May 15th when the surveys close.
If you or someone you know missed the campaign, don't worry: the preorder shop will be open while the surveys are open, so you can still get in on the pins!
Once I have the finalized counts, manufacturing will begin. This process can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Pins, backing cards, stickers, and any other items will be manufactured simultaneously.
After manufacturing is done, all the products will ship to me for quality control and inventory. This is going to be a lot of pins, so it may take up to a few weeks to get everything ready for fulfillment.
Fulfillment is expected to begin in early August. You'll be able to edit your address up until the fullfillment date -- I'll give you a notice once I know when that's going to be -- and then you'll receive a tracking code for your stuff.
That's it! Your tiny dragons will arrive in their new homes!
Other Updates
As you may have seen, the winner of the second colorway poll for Tiny Hoard of Support was the purple heart version: You'll be able to choose your freebie pin color through your survey. If you'd like both, you can also add any extras on through the add-ons!
I've also done a slight revision to the Hoard of Trading Cards design. I made this decision for two reasons: first, to have the design better match the amount of negative space on the other designs so the collection looks more harmonious, and secondly to work with manufacturing constraints and reduce the number of B- and C-grade pins in the final batch. This is the new design: It is a very minor change (I added a third deck box behind the dragon), but I did want to point it out just so everyone is on the same page!

While we wait for the counter to tick down and give us the official green light for this project, I've started the poll for the second colorway for our freebie pin. Everyone will be able to choose either the original colorway or whichever second set of colors wins the poll! I tried various color combinations for the dragon and the heart and in the end, the best dragon color was white, so the options really concern just the heart: You can find the poll on the community tab or below. Pick your favorite! I really couldn't decide myself, so I'm looking forward to seeing what you all think! The poll will end on Thursday morning, so my next update will probably be after the campaign is over. I'll be announcing the winner and giving you an overview of the next steps then. There is also now a new tier that includes all 11 pins, plus the mini pin, plus the Hoard of Sharks if you also back Everyday Sharks! The old pin for the full set is still available at its previous price, including all 8 pins from the original stretch goals. The new 11-pin tier is $115 (plus shipping - check the tier information for more information on estimated shipping rates). For folks who have backed Everyday Sharks, that means you'll get 12 full-sized pin and a mini pin, as well as the collab pin from Everyday Sharks! We still have about a week left on the campaigns so you still have time to get maximum bang for your buck by backing both campaigns.

Here is the mockup art: At 0.5 inches, this little pin will be perfect as a board filler, display on a smaller surface, or an understated accessory! This will be the standard colorway, but I'm thinking it might be interesting to do a second color option, as well. Maybe white and blue? Or something pastel-y? Let me know what you think!
And, of course, if you know anyone who might be interested in my pins, spread the word! We're only about $400 short of unlocking the mini pin, so it's well within reach.

Also, to address some questions I've received:
The "I want to hoard them all" tier includes any 8 pins of your choice. You don't have to pick specifically the first 8 designs, and not all the designs will automatically be included now that there are more than 8 options. Backers in this pledge tier will be able to add-on more pins with a discount in the pledge manager once the campaign is over.
All unlocked pin designs will be available as stickers, with the addition of the two sticker-exclusive dragons (Hoard of Candy and Hoard of Fancy Bottles). The mini pin will not be available as a sticker, but the collaboration freebie pin (Hoard of Sharks) will be.
The freebie mini pin for the $6500 stretch goal will be available for purchase as an add-on. Each pledge, regardless of tier, gets one freebie added to their order automatically.
The collab freebie pin, Hoard of Sharks, will not be available as a choice for any reward tier. All backers who pledge both to this campaign and Everyday Sharks will receive the collab pin for free automatically, and that is the only way to receive it.

First, I'm happy to say we've crushed yet another stretch goal! This means that there are three new designs you can choose for your pins.
The second update is that the poll to choose the third design is also finished now and the third design will be... *drumroll* Hoard of Trading Cards! You can find the (more or less) finished art for the three new pins below:

Reaching this stretch goal also leads me to the third update. The next stretch goal, unlocked at $6500, will be a freebie mini pin, and the time has come to choose the design with another poll!
Some details on the freebie pin: the pin will measure roughly 0.5 inches across and have a gold plating just like the other pins. Everyone receiving pin rewards will receive onemini pin with their order for free! If you'd like multiples of the mini pin, you can add-on extra ones for $8 each. The final design will be chosen with a poll from options you can see below (note that the art is not final):

As you've smashed right through the first stretch goal and we're steadily approaching the second goal, it's time to announce the third stretch goal! This stretch goal, $5500, will consist of three pins. Preliminary sketches for the first two are below!
Meet Hoard of Crystals!
Her shiny hoard will come in shades of purple, pink, and grey, with some green accents for watermelon tourmaline and fluorite. The dragon herself, designed with a more stocky, earthy build in mind, will be white to stand out against the colorful crystals.
Meet Hoard of Cute Plushies!
This Thai-inspired, noodle-shaped dragon will be bright orange and yellow, surrounded completely by a pile of super cute plushies in pastel tones. They're going to give Hoard of Yarn a run for her money for comfiest nap, I think.
So, what about the third pin?
That'll be up to you! I've opened a poll available to all backers to choose the third pin for this stretch goal.

While reaching this level of funding is still far off, I'm planning on making the $6500 stretch goal a mini pin that will be free to all backers! If we reach $5500 and unlock the new designs, I'll be sending out another poll to everyone to choose what our mini pin will look like. Each pledge will receive one of these freebie mini pins, but you will also be able to add on extra mini pins for $6 each.
