Backerkit won't charge you until the final day of the campaign

PROJECT: What size are the cards?

Battle Goomis uses standard poker size cards - 63.5 × 88.9 mm

SHIPPING: How will UK/EU VAT be handled?

VAT will be charged in the pledge manager based on your country’s applicable rate. This is separate from customs fees and is required by your country on imported goods.

SHIPPING: How much is shipping?

Our campaign includes a detailed shipping section with estimated costs for each backer's region. While we don’t anticipate any changes to these prices, please note that they are estimates and may be subject to adjustment. We partner with reputable fulfillment services to keep shipping costs as low as possible and remain committed to exploring even more affordable options for our backers.

CAMPAIGN: Will I be able to add more items to my pledge later?

Yes! If you don't add everything you want when you pledge, you'll be able to edit your order in the pledge manager.

RESERVATION: I paid for the reservation gift, is this charge added to my pledge?

Your $3 pre-pledge got you the Pre-Pledge Exclusive Bigfoot Bobby shiny promo card. The $3 is not applied to your pledge amount and the item is automatically included in your pledge survey.

SURVEY: What is the refund policy?

We offer a full refund for requests received within 14 days of the Backerkit campaign's end. After 14 days, refunds will be issued at 85% of the amount paid, accounting for Backerkit fees, merchant provider fees, and the time and resources already invested. Once the manufacturing process has begun, no refunds will be issued.
