Yesterday, I shipped all but THREE rewards. I checked this morning and they are in the system and on the way to their destinations. The three I did not ship are because of new requirements. Two were bound for the UK and one for Switzerland. I'll be reaching out to those backers. I'm expecting them to ship this week. These destinations now require 3 labels. I'm waiting on special sleeves from the Post Office to insert those labels.
I ended up splurging on some pretty tissue paper that I hope you all might save and reuse!! Don't they look cute?! Thank you all again, so much, for making this happen. Times are rough for artists. I'm doing my best to find a way forward!
Jake from The Wooden Pin was not exaggerating. All of the pins shipped on Thursday and arrived at my house on Friday. Wow!!! They look absolutely amazing and my studio smell like a camp fire. I should be roasting marshmallows!
The Forest Floor Pins plus Sticker!
As I mentioned in the last update, I did initiate the process to begin charging for shipping and any additional add-ons post-campaign. This week I will begin boxing up everyone's selections and I expect to drop them off at the Post Office on Monday, July 6th.
Digital Proof from The Wooden Pin
Here we go!! I approved the proof for the pins this morning and the owner, Jake, told me the pins should ship by Friday. Yes, Friday of this week. So we are almost on target for the timeline I created. There was a small delay on Jake's end because well The Wooden Pin has become so popular. I recently saw he did a set of tokens for the company that makes my hiking boots--Danner!!
Once the pins arrive and I've inspected them, I'll proceed with charging cards for shipping. I expect the being mailing them out next week! YAY!!

Now I wait for the proofs to arrive! In the meantime, I have locked the surveys but I haven’t yet charged your cards for shipping and add-on post-campaign. I will do that once the pins are on their way to me. That way there’s no delay once I begin packing and shipping to you.

Here we go!! This morning I sent out all of the campaign surveys. As of this afternoon more than 50% have been filled out. Thank you!! My hope is to lock the surveys in two weeks time. Until then you will be able to fix any errors or change of address.
