Here we go!! This morning I sent out all of the campaign surveys. As of this afternoon more than 50% have been filled out. Thank you!! My hope is to lock the surveys in two weeks time. Until then you will be able to fix any errors or change of address.
If something changes after they are locked, for instance you move unexpectedly, just reach out to me and I’ll make sure we get things fixed.
This was my first campaign using Backerkit and it's been wonderful. As the campaign came to a close even more of you pledged to make this small project a reality. I can't thank you all enough! We reached ALL the stretch goals. Everyone a pin tier will be receiving a FREE mini Acorn Pin!! So what's next?
Backerkit has now charged all cards. If there were any hiccups you will have received an email, so keep any eye out! It looks like there are only 2 or 3 failed charges currently. Backerkit gives you 14 days to correct these. Then they will move ahead with sending me the funds so I can order the pins after surveys are complete.
I expect surveys to go out around May 29th. In them, you will be able to select which pins you'd like from the tier you pledged and purchase any extras you might like. It will also show you if you are receiving the Early Bird reward (toad sticker) and/or the Acorn Achievement pin. The surveys are vital for letting me know exactly how many of each pin I need to order.

I was thrilled to wake up today and find we reached the final stretch goal unlocking the Snail Pin. AMAZING!! We are in the final hours, almost 24 hours to go. Let's HOLD this position!
Few Notes
I'm not going to create an additional tier for 6 pins, but all of the pins will be available as add-ons in Pledge Manager. So if you pledged for 5 and want all 6, it's easy to add whichever pin you'd like.
The Acorn pin is an Achievement, meaning anyone on a pin tier will automatically get one. But they too will be available in as an add-on if you want an extra.
Toad Stickers are an Early Bird reward. Only those of you who backed in the first 48 hours will receive one for free. Backerkit keeps track of that for me. They too will be available as an add-on in Pledge Manager.

With only 3 days left in the campaign, I've made an executive decision... The Mini Acorn pin will be available to order from Pledge Manager after the campaign ends! I know some of you had your heart set on this little pin. So while it won't be free, I will be offering it as a $5 add-on.
If by some stroke of luck the project hits 75 backers before it ends, then everyone on a pin tier WILL receive the pin for FREE. But lets be honest, we all know as crowdfunding campaigns reach their end there are often a slew of cancelled pledges and that has begun. But there are sometimes a flurry of last minute pledges too. We shall see what happens! This feels like a roll of the dice... Or maybe a roll of the acorns. Hahaha!
I can't believe there are only 10 days left in this campaign. If you haven't already, do share it with your friends and post it on social media! It's not easy getting the word out these days when you're a small business but I'm so thankful for Backerkit and for all of you!!

The campaign is set to end on May 14th at 4 p.m. EST. I'm working on setting up Pledge Manager now so there are no delays once the campaign ends. There will be a limited number of days that additional pins and other add-ons can be purchased. The plan is to begins shipping rewards June 25th!!
