Project Update: 📢 Action Required: Surveys are LIVE! Time to Choose Your Designs!
Hello everyone!
I sent out a 'smoke test' to 5% of backers a few days ago, thank you for filling them quickly! After reviewing the feedback and fixing a few minor errors, all surveys have now been sent out to everyone! Please be sure to check your spam/trash folders if you cannot locate it. Please make sure you fill your survey out ASAP! This survey is how you tell me exactly what items you're getting.
The main section of the survey will be explained below:
- Pick your designs from your reward tier: This is where you select the designs you want for the tier you selected
- Confirm Your Add-ons (if you had one): Confirm or select designs for the add-on you chose during the project
- Survey Add-ons: If you want extra items, you can add them to your order within the survey. Please note survey add-ons are optional choices on top of any selections from your original pledge, feel free to skip this part if you're not interested!!
- Confirm your address: Lastly, fill your address, if the address changes during production you will be able to update the address before fulfillment
Survey Deadline
Please complete your survey by March 11th. The quicker I can gather survey results, the faster I'll be able to start production.

Pay Over Time Backers
Please note that Pay Over Time backers will not receive your survey link until the full amount has been paid. (So please don’t worry about the March 11th deadline!) BackerKit only triggers the survey once your final payment installment has been successfully processed or you choose to pay the rest of the amount early. As soon as your full balance is paid, the system will automatically email your survey link to you.
Pledge Failed Payments
Some pledge payments are still showing as "errored" or “failed.” If you didn’t receive the survey today, please check your pledge to see if the payment went through. Please update your payment card so the payment can be correctly processed!
If you cannot fix your payment by the 26th, you will also receive the survey later and you can pay the full amount plus shipping during the survey.
